We had a table of 12 people at Red Rock Bar & Grill on Easter Sunday (3/31/24). The food was very good and we enjoyed having a private dining room for our family. Our servers ( Mimi and Aiden) were not only good at their jobs, but very likeable and engaging with our group. We had family from Eau Claire, WI, Spring Valley, WI, Somerset, WI, Wyoming, MN, Inver Grove Heights, Woodbury and Cottage Grove, MN in our group. Giving a 3 because staff is exceptional. We stay here often, but have noticed a decline in selection of menu over the past year. Menu is much smaller and food just isn't what it used to be. We found ourselves going out instead of just eating in, which we used to do.

This is a very nice restaurant that is located inside of the hotel, they have a very lovely dining area for guests and a warm fire place to sit next to and have a cocktail/drink. We decided to go there since they serve food until 11pm and everything else was about to close on a Tuesday night. The Cajun pasta is yummy and their Tuscan chicken soup of the day was more like a warm hearty chicken noodle, I recommend a bowl instead of a cup. The wings were very very delicious! We always...
