My son wanted Fogo De Chao for dinner for his birthday. We heard about Rio from a few friends and it was closer than going all the way into Minneapolis. I have to say for a Wednesday evening it was fantastic all around. This place is an Eastern metro gem. All of the meat was impeccably cooked and served promptly. We were a little concerned when we arrived to find that we were the only customers in the place but decided to give it a try anyway and I am glad we did. The food was very good and the service was excellent. There are some goodies here that cannot be found at other Brazilian steak houses but my favorites were still on the menu.
