I am a transplant from Chicago for over ten years and I have lived in several different parts of the city which allowed me to have tried so many different pizza places. There are some decent spots until I discovered Rocco's. Most people in Chicago eat thin or a medium crust. Yes deep dish pizza is eaten too but not as the go too. Rocco's thin crust is best pizza that I have had and definably a true Chicago pizza. I believe its the sauce which brings me back to my roots....
Called to order pizza delivered. An energetic young man named Parker answered the phone. He was VERY helpful, accommodating and even offered to apply a coupon. Customer service is not dead! Their pizza is good too!
This place has AMAZING customer service. We had placed an order that ended up being 30ish minutes late. This wasn’t a big deal to us and our food wasn’t even cold or anything when we got it. No complaints or anything were made, as I know how short businesses are currently, and the roads weren’t the greatest that night. Not only did we get a phone call the very next day of them personally apologizing for being late, but they also mailed a coupon as well as an apology. I...
