I'm not a huge fan of bubble tea but I don't mind trying it out once a year. Anyways, it's been ages since I've been here. Upon entering there wasn't much traffic going on so getting my bubble tea didn't take long. The customer service was great! The atmosphere was good too as well. The bubble tea tasted very good and delicious. Overall, I do recommend this location and it's worth a try if your a out of town person like me. I will come back one day. Thanks for reading my review. I'm a huge fan of tea and boba and when I moved to town somewhat recently I was immediately on the lookout for places to get it. Sencha has become my regular go-to, no small thanks in part to the awesome staff. The manager is great, and all of her workers are attentive, kind, positive, and knowledgeable. They love giving recommendations and making interesting mystery drinks, which is helpful when you're feeling indecisive. They've made me some really sweet and thoughtful drinks, my partner went in once when I was sick and mentioned this to them so they made me a hot herbal tea with honey, apparently the same one they had made for a sick coworker some time ago.
Can't recommend them enough. The tea is great, and the customer service is bomb.
Dietary restrictions: Sencha uses non-dairy creamers for all of their milk teas, so I can bring my lactose intolerant friends here and they can drink anything they want on the menu.

Small little tea shop bursting with BIG flavors! I order my usual when I visit Sencha.... And that is their Velvet Ube.... It does not disappoint and the taste and sweetness are on point. The boba is a perfect chewy consistency with amazing flavor.... Sweet, slightly chewy little pearls with a tiny hint of an earthy taste. It's AMAZEBALLS! And the ube is really good! Go check them out and definitely try the Velvet Ube....

The flavor combinations that you can make here are unique and unbeatable. I woke up craving Sencha’s White Tea with vanilla and lavender this morning! I’ll be back the moment I touch down back in Minnesota!

Went there for the first time june 1 as a treat for my niece who loves tea/Boba. I can't remember what she got but she loved it. I got an iced London Fog Tea Latte and it's all I can think about for the last few days, I'm texting all my friends to go get one because it was so good. I don't get up to woodbury very much buy I'm definitely looking forward to another London Fog when I do.
What a sweet find! So many beverage options and being decision adverse, I went with the mystery hot tea. It was delicious! Chestnut black tea with brown sugar and milk. Never would have thought of it but I will now! Or maybe I'll do the mystery option again but for sure, I will visit again!

I'm so annoyed.I went in tonight for a drink and I told the girl I wanted a green tea with lavender in it. She said "do you just want a London fog then?"Whaaaattttt. HOW do you go from "green tea" to "London fog"??!?!I said "no, just give me the green tea with the lavender."She gave me a London fog anyway.There is a woman on the day shift that is always a pleasure to see but the teens and younger staff are really bad at customer service and apparently listening. The last time I went in the evening I got ignored by the staff for 10 mins before I just left. This is going to go back to being an occasional stop and I won't go in the evening anymore. I can't believe I paid money for a drink I clarified I didn't want.
