I didn’t go in so it’s difficult to rate the atmosphere. Service on the other hand was poor today I would say that the barista had not consumed enough coffee herself. Plus, my order of the extra large came out a small and there was no arguing at that point.

The ladies at this Starbucks in the early morning hours are always so friendly and welcoming. They greet you with a smile every time and make you feel like a valued customer. Their kindness and great service keep me coming back — they’re truly the best! Oh, and the coffee is great too! 😊

I know they’ve taken it off the menu and all and are no longer “advertising” it, but when asked for lavender cold foam I was told that they “don’t do that”. I know they have it in inventory as I’ve been to many other Starbucks that still do it if asked for it. It’s also on the app as well as an option. So it’s kinda like a “secret menu” type thing now.
Other than that at least they had the lemon loaf in stock. 😅 very nice place and the people are nice. They keep it tidy unlike a few Starbucks I know of. 🤣

Paying $7-10 for a drink and when we ask and pay for extra of something and don’t get it is ANNOYING. It happens here all the time. Even my daughter says “oh we’re going to the bad Starbucks”

Girl taking my order was extremely rude and rushed me through my order??? There was no one behind us. She kept asking Is that ALL??? And on top of that they messed up my order and didn't give me what I asked for in my drink … and when I pulled up to the window to pay she rolled her eyes at us … so unprofessional never coming back to this location horrible service…

I dont know what the issue is but they make drinks entirely too sweet! I've gone to several other starbucks locations anf the last 3 times at this location it's like they put extra extra Sweeteners. I can't even taste the coffee. It's frustrating. I guess I'm just eont go to this location anymore. I was a batista at starbucks in the past so I just know whoever in charge is doing a crappy job training.
I sat and listened to the staff argue with a customer about refills. They just kept saying the same thing without listening to them and getting ruder as they repeated the same thing at them, not letting the customer say anything. Multiple staff unprofessional, stood there complaining where we could hear them.

I rarely write negative reviews but after multiple occasions with numerous staff at this location , I figured it needed to be said. Very negative and unpleasant employees at this location. Both at busy times & slow times. I've spent over $140 at Starbucks in March (embarrassing) and am a regular coffee enthusiast. That's close to $9 a day. I don't expect mountains to be moved nor do I expect that humans are always on. It really feels like there are some employees here who don't like their choice in career & I'm an annoyance or nuisance. I have not encountered this at any of the other Woodbury or Cottage Grove locations.

this location always gets my drink right and makes it taste absolutely amazing. the people are so kind and there’s usually a long line because it’s in a busier area but i don’t care. i look forward to going here every morning, starbucks i love you

This is how much coffee was in the cup before I took my first sip. I got half of what I paid 5.75 plus tax for! I’m okay with some room for whip cream that melted but this is ridiculous.
