I regularly get Starbucks orders in person or for pick up when I pick up my groceries. The team of people working here is always so attentive and go the extra mile to provide a good experience. To no fault of the lovely baristas here but to the fault of whoever designed the cold drink lids for Starbucks as an organization- I unfortunately received several spilled drink orders once I received it for pick up because there is no good ergonomic way to seal some of the lids. The baristas are always willing to remake my drink and make it right. I appreciate this Starbucks team and Lisa their team lead for always going the extra mile. Other locations really should look to this Starbucks location as a good example of great customer service. I see a few mixed reviews about “staff being rude or disrespectful”, and that could not be further from the truth. Staff here is always nice, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you.

Rude staffing. Order 2 drinks, the barista acted like she's the boss and gave me an attitude because she didn't know how the drink works. I've order this drink any times from diff Starbucks location, never had any issues about it.

Waited 20 minutes for our in store order. People that ordered well after us got their drinks. Had to go up and ask where it was, got told it was "next in line". Having to wait 25 minutes while they serve endless drive up people seems like they have a priority problem. Not like I got a discount for being in the in store line. Will not be returning to this location.
