Subway in Woodbury

“Please GM see this and reward employee. I'm leaving a review because they have an oustanding staff named Kong who works here. I hardly eat out, but I came in one day and he was the only employee and the place was exceptionally clean, and when he made my sandwhich it was with LOVE. So orderly, put together well, and 100% accommodated to what I wanted. He was really easy to talk with and made it a genuinely pleasant interaction. You can tell this staff named KONG is 100% integral and in his words "it has to be the quality i would serve myself and family." I came back the next day and he made me a good sandwhich again. I think it's important to acknowledging nice and hard working. The survey on yhe receipt didn't work for me. So here's what I would have shared instead.“

“One of the nicest subways I’ve been to. This location was very clean and the staff were amazing. I did a catering order for a birthday party an everyone said it was the most fresh well made subway they have ever had. I would highly recommend this subway location to anyone a will be returning for some more great food!“

“Staff are nice. Food fresh and tasry. Subway loyalty program clunky and unresponsive. Resetting your password is an exercise in time travel Circa 2005. Login button should show up in password reset email. Text password reset capability is non-existent. Contact Us button will not render or operate at all. Do better Subway digital team.“

“Had a great experience at this Subway, the lady who helped us with 3 sandwiches was amazing, loved how she was customer oriented and had a great attitude. We were at the store around 7:42pm on July 25, 2025, she deserves kudos and a great raise.“
