Online app ordering said offline for this store location. We wanted the $6.99 any footlong sub special. I asked in the store if there was a price over ride to honor a problem that was not my doing. No they said. App prices only. I do customer service and in any job I've ever had there's always a satisfaction over ride available. This needs to be fixed. Not only that the two other girls there left who I believe might be a new girl there on her own as they went to the back room. Not cool. Very disappointed. I haven't had subway in years and was looking forward to it for something different. Guess I'll keep going to Jimmy Johns and Jersey Mike's from now on. For what it's worth the new girl seems very nice.

Person working there had no customer service whatsoever seemed very lazy had to get my own stuff together even thought I order this online. Dude completely ignored me the whole time I was there and when I left I said thank you out of respect and I had no answer in return.

Please GM see this and reward employee. I'm leaving a review because they have an oustanding staff named Kong who works here. I hardly eat out, but I came in one day and he was the only employee and the place was exceptionally clean, and when he made my sandwhich it was with LOVE. So orderly, put together well, and 100% accommodated to what I wanted. He was really easy to talk with and made it a genuinely pleasant interaction. You can tell this staff named KONG is 100% integral and in his words "it has to be the quality i would serve myself and family." I came back the next day and he made me a good sandwhich again. I think it's important to acknowledging nice and hard working. The survey on yhe receipt didn't work for me. So here's what I would have shared instead.

They say they slice there meat on sight but I don’t know that because they still take the meat from the trays in front of you, so as far as I see is the slicer is sitting there for show. I’m not a believer of the slicing on sight so that’s why they get three

Very nice location you can stop in, grab a meal, and be on your way in no time.
The Worker known by Ava at this location will use the same knife to cut multiple sandwiches no matter the condiments left on it. When I confronted the manager she was extremely helpful and talked to me. Upon confirming they should not use the same knife to cut each sandwich I pointed out which worker was doing it. The worker Ava immediately raised a middle finger to me. This is completely unacceptable for a worker to do towards a paying customer in any sense.
