Absolutely horrid experience! Was ignored by employees when I walked in as they were busy loudly gossiping about others. Owner is terrible and completely burned the bread. It was clearly black and charred and when I asked her to switch it out, she started arguing with me about how it wasn’t burned. Don’t go here if you want to get your sandwich made properly

Older Caucasian lady (claims to be the owner) was extremely rude and disrespectful to the ladies (African American) in front of me in line and refused them service for honesty NO reason! I also left and took my business elsewhere. Horrible!!

Pros:
Occasionally gets your order correct.

Cons:
Lack of reading comprehension.
Needs customer service training.
Order is wrong most of the time.
Adds whatever they randomly feel like to your sub.

I came in literally twenty minutes before closing for a sandwich that took two minutes TOTAL to make. No joke, I walked in at like 8:40 and was back in my car with my food at 8:42. I understand that it’s annoying when people come in close to closing, but you are literally open for another twenty minutes. I think you can handle throwing some ingredients on bread and toasting it for one more person.

I didn’t catch his name but specifically the skinny boy with the shaggy black hair was absolutely terrible. Like I don’t need you to act like I’m the center of the universe, but I think glaring at me like I stepped on a puppy in front of you because I came in twenty minutes to close and ordered a sandwich with five ingredients on it and a Gatorade is a little dramatic, don’t you?

Stopped in. Place was messy and nobody waiting in line but nobody behind the counter either. Someone finally peaked her head out around the corner, made eye contact with me but never came out. I proceded to wait and still nothing. I left with money in hand. Won't be going there anytime soon. Jimmy John's for the win!

The lady who helped me started off with a “what do you want” and it we t downhill from there. She was clearly too busy for me and annoyed that I was there. I asked for the veggie patty and she said “no that hasn’t been in Minnesota for like ten years, but we have veggies and they’re better for you”. Though appalling, I stayed and ordered tuna instead. When I asked for the honey oat bread she said “we don’t have that in MN either, you must not have eaten in subway for a while”I can tell you that I surely will not eat at that subway for a while after this experience.

Placed an online order for the first time at this location. I would recommend opening your sandwich when you pick it up. They got the turkey and spinach correct out of 7 items for the sandwich, it was good to see the sandwich at least wrapped in the paper when it was picked up though. Hopefully they can do better, if given another opportunity.

It was a dead night and I stopped quickly ordered a tuna sandwich and the bread was stale the tuna stunk like tuna but not the good kind it smelled like a dead fish so gross I can normally eat it but it was like tuna from like 6 days old and the macadamia cookies were stale and hard soooo gross would never be back I spoke to a young girl and i asked to speak to her manager she said no you can speak to them on tuesday like she couldn’t send them a txt msg and ask them to call me back for throwing up my food I will be reporting them to the health department just disgusting it’s already hard to purchase food because of how expensive everything is people should not pay to throw up and get sick over the restaurant being cheap and wanting to sell stale food.

Usually this place was good but today my experience bad, meat pieces in vegetables and customer service is terrible, sub they make is disappointing to see and no smile at all. I hope they keep clean the sections and make sure veggie and meat do not contaminate each other. To much rush to make sandwich even thought no customers behind me. I use to eat sandwich because it’s look good to but now the way they make sandwiches killed my appetite. I wish the owner hired well trained, hygienic , and costumer focused staff.
