Went to grab a sub at 830 am and the sign said open but the door was locked. No indication of when it would be open.

Had a great experience at this Subway, the lady who helped us with 3 sandwiches was amazing, loved how she was customer oriented and had a great attitude. We were at the store around 7:42pm on July 25, 2025, she deserves kudos and a great raise.

To go order was ready as soon as s I walked in. The girl working today was very friendly and great at multitasking while prioritizing the customer first. Great work ethic. No subway has ever improved me this much. Stay cool.

The wife of the manager and the blonde chic are no good. Talking about me in front of me not listening to my order and making mistakes. walking away from the machine while I pay still bickering. No thank yous you’re welcomes pleases etc.

5th time in 2 months. My Artisan Italian bread was replaced with a flat bread. I even called this morning earlier to make sure that they had the right Italian bread in stock. I was told they had, and I said I would place a takeout order but even then they made the mistake again. One time in February, they even missed all my veggies. Absolutely unacceptable.

I had the worst experience of my life when I went in to get my sandwich fixed she pointed her finger in my face and was calling me names it was the manager at that! I will be reaching out bc I am also a store manager and customer service is something important

Title: Unacceptable Treatment by Subway Manager and her husband we're gonna behind the counter with unclean hands.

I'm writing to express my shock and disappointment at the treatment I received from the manager at [530 Woodbury Drive Suite 200, Woodbury, MN 55125]. On [February 25th, 3025], I visited the store and asked the manager a simple question: if he had ever worked at White Castle. I was taken aback by his response.

In front of the entire store, the manager turned to his wife and made a derogatory comment about my weight, comparing me to his wife if she worked at White Castle. This comment was not only unprofessional but also hurtful and embarrassing.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity. The manager's behavior was unacceptable, and I demand an apology. I hope Subway takes immediate action to address this incident and ensures that customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

Been here twice. First time a girl over flowed my subway with chipotle sauce and it just oozed out of the sandwich and made everything soo messy and hard to eat. It was crazy how much sauce she put in there. Got the steak and cheese and it tasted a little different but didn’t think much of it despite the taste and the crazy overflow of sauce.

Gave them a second chance, and although one of the younger guys gave me better service, I ended up getting food poisoning right after eating my sandwich. The sandwich itself wasn’t toasted long enough so it was still cold weirdly but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. As for the area I was sitting in, It was clean but oddly smelled a little like stinky wet laundry that’s been sitting out, if you know what I mean. Must be because they’re cleaning with overused rags and water only? Idk but it was not pleasant. Won’t be going back after getting sick the second time.

Absolutely horrid experience! Was ignored by employees when I walked in as they were busy loudly gossiping about others. Owner is terrible and completely burned the bread. It was clearly black and charred and when I asked her to switch it out, she started arguing with me about how it wasn’t burned. Don’t go here if you want to get your sandwich made properly
