This was a surprising experience. I had reserved a table for three, and in the comments on Open Table, I had nicely requested for us to be in the back fireplace area, where it is quieter, if possible. Upon checking in, I was told by a woman accompanying the hostess that they didn't have any tables available. She explained that someone had booked the back room for a private party, and she couldn't do anything about it. I asked if it would be possible to seat us in one of the front sections once a table became available. She said there wasn't anything available. I asked her what could be done to make things right for us, and she replied, “nothing.” (Although I was very shocked that they didn't honor our reservation and were not being helpful or polite, I continued speaking politely and calmly with her to see if we could make something work. I completely understood that a private party had been booked and sometimes problems occur, but she wasn't polite or apologetic or helpful at all.) I began to see people finishing up and leaving. She told me that those people were from the back room, so there was still no spot for us. Two tables opened up in the front section, but again, she said there was no table available. my friends and I kept politely pushing for a solution, and finally, she said she could seat us in the back room, because the private party was over, but we would have to wait while they cleaned it. No problem, I thought, that's not a big deal. We stayed for about two hours and 15 minutes and for the most part, the food was excellent and our server was good. Despite getting off to a slow start and having to ask for waters multiple times, I just assumed that he was stretched very thin in his duties and chose to give him grace. A hostess came to our table and said you don't have to leave right now or anything but just to let you know we are closed. At the very least, we will likely choose a different restaurant next time the three of us go out.

Neighborhood bar & grill provides reasonable food at not such an atrocious price It usually busy but totally full. Good house wine and fairly good sélection. It is in à Nice résidential golf course place.

Three of us ordered the meatloaf. It was so salty it was inedible as was the spinach. We ate at the Wick many times. Never had an experience like this. Two of our 3 meatloaf meals were comped but not sure I will come back. Our server was stellar but there is something wrong in the kitchen

Food and cocktails were outstanding! It was very loud but it was a Friday night so busy. It did quiet down after dinner. Our waitress was rather unfriendly and borderline rude at first but did warm up a bit as the night went on.

Whether post-golf or just for lunch or dinner - one of the best spots. Food is fantastic. Service can be hit or miss, but I think you get that with seasonal large hiring. Love sitting at the bar.

Burger patty looked like it was pulled straight out of the freezer and then over cooked, lacking any flavor. Wild rice soup was very thin. Food came out fast, but service was poor - server greeted us with “hey” and then just stood there and stared at us. Side room was very loud and made conversation difficult. We have been here many times and while service has never been their strong point, the food has always been quite good. The past two times, however, food was seriously lacking to the point that I'm not sure we will return.

My wife and I celebrate each anniversary at Prestwick with our 2 children because that was the venue where we were married. We've enjoyed coming back every year until this past year. We made reservations, mentioned it was our anniversary, etc.. after we were seated, no one came to our table for a drink order for over 15 minutes. Once the waiter did come, we put in our order right away for food. When our food came out, my wife and I split a Cobb salad and a pizza, the pizza was the wrong one, so they resubmitted the order. We ended up eating the salad (which was great) but by the time the pizza came, we weren't hungry enough to eat much of it as everyone at the table was finished eating and ready for our annual anniversary dessert. This is where it went from bad to worse. The waiter didn't come back to our table for another 20 min after the pizza came out. He literally checked on us 1 time the entire night and that was to take our drink/dinner order the 1st time after we were seated for 15 minutes. Someone else brought our food orders out. To be fair, he had a huge party behind us to wait on, but because of this, our family was over the experience and we decided to grab dessert at Crumbl Cookies on the way home to Farmington instead. We asked the front host if we could get a box and our tab for the night, and then our waiter decided to come back to the table to sign us out for the night.
