I have never been there but called to ask a question about gift cards …. Three times and each time it would ring and ring ,then just hang up. According to your website today it lists as not busy at this time . When reading your reviews I now understand why they are so low . Maybe an improvement would be an answering machine.

Charged me $10.83 (plus $2 for tip) for a 1/3 cup of just strawberry popping boba, NOT even an actual drink. Then fixed my order to be an actual drink that was $6.48. Make it make sense!

First time trying Tii Cup! Tina was amazing! So very helpful and patient as I had no idea what I wanted to order! I ended up with an iced chai with a little vanilla and not too sweet! It is absolutely perfect! Thank you, Tina! I will be back!

I’ve been to several of the Twin Cities locations and it seems like they’re always short on something, or their machines aren’t working. Calling ahead doesn’t help either most of the time no one answers, and some stores don’t even have a phone at all. I recently drove out of my way to one location only to find out they had just one option available for their biing. When they first opened in the metro, I thought the place had a lot of potential, but in my opinion things have really gone downhill. At the location we visited today, the worker told me they didn’t even have cups. I asked if she could use a different container, but she said her boss told them not to make it at all. Whatever happened to putting the customer first?

Went to this place and they weren’t even open like they said they would be with the ghetto sign on the door , Never again!! the staff here are little mean girls and it seems like every time i come here they’re always outta boba and they don’t tell you till after you place your order and then act like it’s a crime when you ask for a refund don’t come here and waste your money the customer service is terrible so if you’re looking for some delicious boba go to niko niko up the street
