Quality of service is poor when owner is not around. They need to update their timings on Google Maps. We were given option for Togo with no dry budget witg just patties and no sauce on burger or on sides. If the location can't afford deals like boxes then shpyld not offer it. Giving dry burgers is not correct.

I ordered a burger and fries at 5:53pm Thursday with an estimated delivery time of 6:30pm. I have been working a very long shift and instead of driving the 5 minutes to pick up i decided to treat myself with a delivery to keep on working. my order was not delivered until 6:51! I would not have mind as i worked in the service industry for most of my life but i ordered through your website and its clear the order sat on the counter for 30 minutes. the fries were GROSS, they were wet and soggy. the burger... the bun was wet and the sauce was coming through. I tried to eat it but ended up throwing it away because it was so gross and cold. I am shocked that this is what i would receive. I even tipped $4 for a 1.4 mile delivery. As I understand this is a delivery issue-this is their preferred choice, also the restaurant is not working with delivery times. I provided feedback to the restaurant online and they just said they would forward it to the restaurant & thanks for being a guest. This is unacceptable. I’m furious. Worst customer service experience

Wayback screwed up my order. Ordered two impossiburgers with lettuce, pepperjack cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, Jalapeño, mayo, and grilled onions. I did not get any lettuce and tomatoes in my order. Pretty much threw my money down the drain. You would be better off going to Five Guys. (No refunds/compensation was given). Delivery guy was pretty fast and cool.
Also it seems my previous review got deleted. I'll just tally up the amount of times my review gets deleted. (x2)

Came in at 12:30 today and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The cashier greeted us right away, handed us a menu, and made sure we felt welcome. The staff wasted no time taking our order, checked in to see if we needed anything else, and kept the place spotless the whole time. Even with our party of 8+, they handled everything smoothly—fast service, fresh food, and no mistakes. The atmosphere was great, and you could tell they pay attention to the little details. Even the sides were spot on. Definitely coming back.

Look around the shop before you buy you might save some coins by looking at the signs like I didn't lol. The burger was delicious and worth the return and the shake was thicker than chilled peanut butter!
