Came in at 12:30 today and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The cashier greeted us right away, handed us a menu, and made sure we felt welcome. The staff wasted no time taking our order, checked in to see if we needed anything else, and kept the place spotless the whole time. Even with our party of 8+, they handled everything smoothly—fast service, fresh food, and no mistakes. The atmosphere was great, and you could tell they pay attention to the little details. Even the sides were spot on. Definitely coming back.

Look around the shop before you buy you might save some coins by looking at the signs like I didn't lol. The burger was delicious and worth the return and the shake was thicker than chilled peanut butter!

Burgers and fixings were extremely fresh and had great flavor. The garlic Romano fries were delicious. I don't have a wayback near my house but if I am in the neighborhood again I am definitely stopping for a burger.

Amazing Food and Service, But a Bit Chilly
I absolutely love this restaurant! The quality of the food is exceptional, and the service is consistently top-notch. Every dish is flavorful and beautifully presented, and the staff goes out of their way to ensure a great dining experience.
However, I’ve noticed that the thermostat is always set a little lower than comfortable. It can feel a bit chilly, which slightly impacts the otherwise cozy ambiance.
Despite this, I still highly recommend this place for its fantastic food and outstanding service. Just be sure to bring an extra layer to stay comfortable!

This was our first time here. I asked if they had Gluten-Free burgers... I had read online that they did. The person behind the register said yes we do. So I asked they're on gluten free buns? He said "it's more like a roll."
My daughter ordered a regular burger with extra crispy bacon, no cheese, raw onions and pickles... And a Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake.
I ordered a burger with cheese, extra crispy bacon, pickles, and tomato on a gluten free bun ( or "roll"). And asked for a cup for water.
They said it would be about 10 minutes... Understandable... there were 2 other tables with people when we got there.
When our food arrived 20 min later the gluten free burger was on 2 tiny pieces of wet gluten free bread. The bread was so soggy (from the dripping grease?) it came apart / fell off after only a couple bites. The burger itself was ok. We couldn't eat the bacon because it was grissley and not crisp at all. The fries were average. Not very warm.
My daughter said her shake was amazing though!
We also didn't see the signs until after we ordered, paid, and sat down for a "free shake when you sign up to be a rewards member."
Our bill was $35.69 ( plus tip). I doubt we would go back.

The staff had 3 men. 2 out of the 3 were on their phones when cleaning stuff could have been done. We ordered garlic fries, and there was no garlic teast at all. We will not return!!!

Ordered the Bourbon Burger, kids burger, and make your own burger. All of it was delicious! The cheese curds were fabulous, fries were goood, and the bourbon mustard was very good on the burger. Nice and tangy!
Kid-friendliness: High chairs were available and the staff were very courteous with our kid.

We were the first customers of the day and the floor was dirty, the tables were unwashed and still had food from the last customers. I ordered a Bourbon Bacon Burger and it looked good until I bit into it and got a full mouthful of what tasted like a very poor, bitter mustard that was dumped on the top of the burger filling the gap of the onion rings under the bun. It tasted awful. My wife and I had also ordered the Garlic Romano Fries. The fries we received were just plain French fries. At this point I was so turned off by the place we just disposed of what wasn't worth eating and left. If a restaurant doesn't take the time to make good food and the staff is too busy on their phones to ask customers if all is OK. Then I have no time to give a positive review
