Food was not made fresh, fries were not hot, I ordered the jr. bacon cheeseburger biggie bag around 2:18pm on 1/29/25 the bag was already made the server was holding it in her hand when I pulled up to the window, (that's never happened before) and now I have this nasty blister on my lip on my top lip. This blister appeared hurts and no I've never experienced a blister on my lip before something is wrong. Somebody did something to my order.

I don't ever buy food from Wendy's but about 2-3 times a week I show up to get myself a LARGE strawberry lemonade. I'm not joking when I say this is the best strawberry lemonade I have ever had. I'm lightweight lowkey addicted to it at the moment and don't see myself stopping in the near future. I sometimes get the chicken ranch wrap which isn't amazing by any means but I still eat it if I'm hungry. Regardless, I'm giving 5 stars because this lemonade is no joke y'all.

The female manager at this location is so disrespectful and arrogant. The rest of the employees behind her are just as rude. And if you say anything to them, they try to get you to leave. Filthy location on top of it. Woodbury would be a better place if this location didn’t exist and if all the employees found a job that doesn’t consist of customer service. Will never come here again.

My husband and I went through the drive through and ordered chicken sandwiches and the meal. I literally had the best fries ever! They were very hot and crispy and just perfect! The sandwiches were very good too! Service was fast. I’m super impressed!
