These negative reviews I see are surprising. Wendy's is my guilty pleasure fast food place, and I have had nothing but great experiences at this location. Solid food. I don't bother double checking my order because they always get it right, which is rare in fast food. The staff are always pleasant. I accidentally drove off without my credit card once, but when I came back they had it kept safe for me. Great location!

They never gave me my card nor the receipt. When we came back they said they didn’t have it and couldn’t look at the cameras. They said we’d have to call the police to be able to look at the cameras. Like what ? You need the police to look at YOUR cameras ?? Are u kidding me. They were of no help tried to keep giving us the receipt like it was gonna help me get my card back. I’m upset, they don’t have it then they most definitely gave it to someone else. I do not like this location.

Went in around 1pm, not busy, all the food was luke warm. Most of the tables were dirty, with about 6 other people in the restaurant. Price was inexpensive, but not worth it. Will not go back.

I worked for Wendy’s as a teenager and lived in Columbus, Ohio near Wendy’s corporate in Dublin, Ohio. I like Wendy’s. But the prices are outrageous. Almost $15 for Dave’s Double (sandwich only), Large Strawberry Lemonade, and 4 piece nuggets. Ridiculous.

Ordered the $5 biggie bag with the Jr Bacon cheeseburger and nuggets. Went to Restroom for only 2 minutes, came back and the food was ready. Great! That was quick. Well turns out the fries were cold and so were the nuggets. Fine, no biggie, just go get fresh ones. I got to the counter and before I could say anything the worker says here are fresh fries and the nuggets are coming. Good right? The only problem with this is that they knew the items were not fresh and have been sitting between rushes, but chose to serve the items just to see if I would take them after all you never know right? The effort in saving the company money this way by the employees is good, but sadly misplaced. In summary as usual is the case with having all foreigners as employees...I felt like an outsider and received service as such.

Forgot one of my baconators, their sprite machine was low or out also they forgot dipping sauce for another part of my order. For $49.70 I did not feel like I got my monies worth. Trash quality control my frosty is warm and I feel like has been sitting out.
