Update: returned for another job in area and had more delicious food. Stayed in Worthington for work and dined here multiple times. Scrumptiously delicious! Did take away once wait was short and food was same quality. Wish you were in Kansas City.

What a decent surprise! We rolled up with low expectation since we know all American Thai food tastes nothing like what you have in Thailand. I have to say I was wrong. Their pork belly basil and eggs was chef’s kiss. Highly recommend. Only wish I can get Thai tea without boba and only wish I live closer. Otherwise I would be a regular in this restaurant.

We went with a group of 12 with kids. We were seated right away. It took 10 minutes to get water served and another 10 minutes to take our order placed. The boat noodles was super sweet not a traditional boat noodle flavor. Pad thai was also sweet and did not have any spice to it. The fried chicken thigh was overcooked, dry and hard. We ordered chicken basil fried rice but got chicken stir fry and they expected us to just take it instead of making the right dish for us. The server did not come refill drinks. Don't eat here. The food is horrible and the service is horrible. Would not recommend.

Okay, I admit, it is very authentic. I am from Thailand—and I love thai food. I went into this restaurant thinking nothing was going to be authentic. I was wrong! I ordered the chicken pad thai, and my wife ordered their beef noodles. Very tasty! The super nice server was so kind and knew a bit of thai. We will be coming again! Blessings.

I love Asian food but it seems it's always the same fare (Chinese) it's nice to have a different cultural experience to choose when the craving hits. Excellent food nice atmosphere very polite staff ever from the robot waiter that brought our food 🤣 will definitely be seeing us again!

I have been here several times. Great food. I love Thai food. So glad they opened in worthington adding to the list of different ethnic foods. Hopefully more variety follows. ( you can only eat so many hamburgers before taste buds die).

Was decent food. The green curry wasn't overly spicy. But it also wasn't very green it was pretty much white. The crab rangoon were small but tasty. Not exactly a good adult beverage variety to choose from. They are out of a few things... Including certain bubble tea flavors. All in all not a bad find for a small town. Good prompt service. And they even have a robot that delivers your meal to the table. 🤪

We love Golden Thai Food! We have had more family meals at Golden Thai than any other restaurant in Worthington. We still call it Chinos to each other 🤗
There is a good mix of Thai and American options. I usually get buffalo wings and chicken fried rice. The beef boat noodle is a hearty and comforting favorite too.
For the boba fans, they have 25 different flavors, and the premium boba is indeed premium.
No waiting for refills with the easy access soda fountain.
The cost is quite reasonable, generally less than what the chain restaurants around here charge for a family meal.
