Awful experience here. Worker was extremely rude over the speaker. Still rude at the window. We ordered three blizzards, the third one was for my son who has a peanut allergy. There was peanut butter in it. We were traveling and had to pull off on the next exit for the emergency room. We did not inform the worker of a peanut allergy, but we have been to other Dairy Queen locations with him many times and never had an issue. You need to teach your staff some customer service and maybe a crash course on cross contamination and allergens. This could have had a much more severe result than a four hour layover at the emergency room. Allergy parents beware!!!

Me and couple of my freinds one in a wheel chair visited your restuarant and had great service and was pushing my friend in the wheel chair and you employee pushed him through the door for me did not catch his name great customer service

I ordered Buffalo tenders that was on the menu. Received plain and was told after i bought it that they don't do those anymore. They were kids. But still take the sign down. It was fine. Food was good.

30mins to get food. Hotdog, 2 burgers. DQ can take awhile but this was excessive. You can literally get faster service at Perkins next door and that is considered a sit down restaurant. The help there was, well, the issue. Unless they had to butcher that cow, grind that beef and make that burger this was an unmitigated disaster. 2 stars because DQ food is still good.

I went to buy a royal New York cheese cake large and a large fries. The ice cream was very good. The fries was cold, but that’s not why I’m bringing this up. My most problem every time I got there like today. The Hispanic girl at the window was kind of rude and gave me a worst experience ever. Not a single word from her mouth there’s no hi or hello and thank you or have a good day. None of that. I’m not sure she was the manager but even that she shouldn’t be acting like that attitude. I’m a manager for many years. I would told her she needs to have great customer service at the window and she needs to change her attitude. She’s getting paid to be at work. If she doesn’t like her job then she needs to quit and find another job. But she needs to appreciate her job and customers. She will definitely need to change her attitude, her face, her eye and her mouth. I want her to be successful, but she needs to be more polite and respect to her customers.

Ice cream tasted great, but the place was filthy. Bathroom was disgusting, floors and baseboards looked filthy, staff had zero personality. They were slammed because of the hot weather, but that is no excuse for the service we received. This was the worst Dairy Queen we have ever visited.

The food was timely and hot but the lady at the window looked at me like I should be happy she was working. This is not my first time here but every time is a worse customer service experience. Would it be too much to say thank you? She gave me my food and promptly closed the window in my face after I said thank you.

My husband went to get me an ice cream cake for my birthday. He called at noon and asked if he could have them write on a premade cake out of the freezer and pick up at three. The girl told him she couldn’t take his order because it was rush hour and hung up on him. He then stopped there at 12:45 grabbed a cake out of the freezer and asked the guy at the counter to write happy birthday and he could pick up at three. The guy at the counter said they couldn’t do that (which I’ve had them do many many times) he then stopped back at three and the manager was there. He explained the situation and she said for custom cake orders they need three day notice. He explained it wasn’t custom he just needed one out of the cooler and to write happy birthday. The manager wouldn’t do it because they need more of a notice 🤦♀️ he just bought one out of the cooler with no writing and we will do it ourselves. We won’t be back and will encourage others to go elsewhere.

Absolute worst experience at this location. The manager on duty was angry with me for multiple mistakes they made on our order. She told me I was being rude because I brought up the mistakes. Not a single time did she apologize. The others in the store were nice and corrected the mistakes. It was the manager on duty who couldn’t be bother to even look at me. Highly suggest some customer service training for her. She also told me she didn’t care if I called to complain, gave me her name and told me to call the general manager tomorrow. It being my daughter’s birthday, other customers were smiling telling her happy birthday. The manger on the other hand didn’t even smile a single time. Very unwelcoming and didn’t seem like she even wanted to be there. Seems like there are many bad reviews on here, with a leader like her, I am not surprised.

Ordered a 9 piece strip basket, waited in line for 10 minutes. Got 2 soggy pieces of toast, about 20 cold French fries and 6 chicken strips. Hats off to you guys. 👍🏼
