I ordered a Gargantuan. I got a BLT. The kids that worked here wouldn’t turn the volume down on the music. The person I ordered with couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t hear her.

I assume the food here is the standard Jimmy John’s quality…however at this location families with young children are not welcomed. There is no changing station in either bathroom. Thankfully there is a McDonald’s (changing station and high chairs included) just down the street. We left and took our young kids there instead.

I ordered my food online and had it delivered to my place of employment. The delivery was right at the time that I asked for and the food was good. Delivery person was pleasant. I got all that I ordered and all the extras that I asked for on the sandwich were on there.

On June 9,2024 at 5:48pm ordered online a complete meal plus an extra bag of chips. Went to pick up bag of food was stapled assumed everything was in there. When I got home was missing the extra bag of chips I ordered that was $1.85 plus tax. Disappointed didn't get to enjoy my meal and can't go back all the way for a bag of chips. I also didn't get add ons I asked for. There was a customer ahead of me and the employees there didn't even offer him what they can help him with and he turned around and left, employees looked at each other and laughed. Feel employees look at Hispanic customers as discriminating them looking at them weird making fun of them this was on an order the month before.

Never again!! #10 hunters club unwich was nothing but lettuce and a very thin slice of roast beef. I mean very thin. And the salami pesto sucked too. Nothing but 3 slices salami and mozzarella cheese. Never again
