I ordered food online I picked it up came home I was missing one of the two famous bowls but everything else was there and I called and the lady who answered which I don’t know her name because I asked for her name and she ignored my question I then told her that I was missing a famous bowl and she told me “no it’s in there check under the first famous bowl and if it’s not there theres nothing I can do about it I then said what do you mean I paid for it and you guys didn’t give me it. And she keeps on telling me she can’t do anything about it. Terrible service do they just hire anyone

Arrived over two hours before close, they were out of extra crispy. The shift manager was quite rude and said they could not make more. She then shut the window and walked away. I would not recommend this franchise.

How do you not have ice after what has probably been a month of being “out”. Always seem to be in a rush to get it out to you but end up forgetting something. Tall lady with glasses always has some attitude.

Last time when I went to KFC I wanted large fries and dr pepper and then when we got our order I saw their was no Ice in the dr pepper? BUT at least I liked the dr pepper 🙂

… im so mad haha.. WARNING**** If youre in drivethru, and they keep rushing you; like literelly saying “is that it? is that is? is that it?” and it sounds like a lady. please TRIPLE check you ordered everything right. im sure we all heard about the drug bust at this local KFC… but golllyyy tonight was like the lady was on some “CocaCola”.. i ordered a 30$ order so not too small and she brought me everything but MY sandwich.. i was made reorder it and sit there while the rest of my food got cold.. not worth it . the employees will ruin your appetite.

I just went through the drive thru and the person gave us our order and shut the window….when did a thank you at the end of the transaction stop happening? If she doesn’t like her job quit because my service helps them pay her wages!

I wanted to give KFC some business cuz I know they haven't been as busy lately. I ordered mashed potatoes at the window drove away and there's no spoon or fork in the bag. I was super bummed. There were no napkins in the back either so it will be pretty messy if I tried to eat the potatoes with my tongue like ice cream :)
We stopped on Saturday around 11 staff was super friendly place was very clean and food was hot A+

I went to the trouble of setting up my order on the app, only to have it say that the location is only taking advance orders. I ordered at the drive through, they were “out of filets” 20 minutes before closing but told me they’d use chicken fingers on my sandwich. It fell apart in my car and made a mess. The chicken fingers weren’t fresh. The service at the window clearly cared only about ending her shift. blech.

Female manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. Can hear how she talks to her employees so I’m not surprised about service. Everyone else is friendly. Food is 50/50.
