Food was pretty bland. While they charge for drinks, the waitress never refilled my drink. There's 3 of them just standing by the drink station! I left no tip. Not because of the food, it's the service!

I eat at New City quite often, and enjoy the food and overall experience each time. Everything is clean and there is a wide variety of items on the buffet - always hot and delicious. The staff is friendly and courteous.

Food was cold, you could tell it came from the previous days leftovers. Sushi guy kept making the same thing. Bill is never the same when we go in. This time when we got to the counter the cashier jacked it up $3 extra dollars. Last time the same thing happened, except I was changed $6 and she tried telling me it was tax. This was the last time going for us. It really would be nice to have a decent buffet around!

I have a tendency to watch the people that clean the tables between patrons. It is a window into their cleaning practices into the kitchen. At this restaurant, I always see the same lady going from table to table to table with the same clothes that never appear to get changed or rinsed and she does not carry a solution of anything to spray on the tables. This past Sunday she dropped one of her rags on the floor....she just picked it up and kept wiping tables. We won't be back.

Place looks dated and falling apart caught the food fresh so it didn't make me sick as usual. Never get any service or refills they save money as long as they don't come near you for drinks. Still cuts of meat seem cheap chewy or tough. Unfortunately it's one of the only few buffets for many miles.

I love this place! It's not a big kind of buffet place but their food taste were amazing! I can't think of anything that we didn't like. They have this creme puff, which is soooo good! We will keep coming back.
