We ordered a 30 PC chicken pickup order for Christmas Eve dinner the pcs were very small..the staff that was on at the time we picked it up i shared my disappointment in the quality of the chicken he pretty didn't even care or offer a discount..I called the manager Brady to share my concerns and pretty got the same attitude..poor customer service on their part..I have retail 33 yrs making ur customers should ALWAYS be ur number goal to great customer service..sorry they just don't have it here ..very UNHAPPY how they took care of us

Went in with 6 people place was packed and no one was bussing tables ordered a specialty pizza with buffet and they gave it to another table that didn't ask for it not paying attention to the number they gave our. We had to buss our own tables food was good service wasn't.

I placed an order for delivery with specific instructions on not to forget certain food items. Well they did. When I explained to the driver he started making excuses even though the order clearly states what I’m supposed to get.

Was good... Busy.. Felt bad for staff... Bus load who didn't call ahead came in.. We were a bus who coach called ahead & driver called ahead :)
We ordered pizza to be ready at a later time came and picked it up and it was sitting on the back counter. Pretty sure it was made right away and not at the later time as we requested because when we got home it was dry and hard... not warm at all. Tried to call and complain and nobody answered the phone. Very disappointing after working 12 hours and you just want to come home and eat.
