Traveling long trip along interstate and wanted coffee. Got to coffee shop 10 min before closing and cars still outside but they shut down the coffee shop early. If your website and sign on window says open till 8pm should stay open till 8pm.

Went there and they didn’t have sugar-free and then I did not get the two dollars off of each car malicious for the day. They did not ask to see the scan. I gave them five dollars and I was they were very rude. Tried to get my receipt and they did not give me my receipt so I didn’t get points nor did I get my receipt and they got five dollars for unsatisfactory work and the atmosphere. There is horrible. I’ve been there many times and I’ve had Issues with the manager and others and one time they did put regular Milk in my drink when I told them I’m lactose and I want almond milk and then she got mad and dumped it out in front of me after that hope the five dollars was worth your tip for doing your job, but you didn’t do your job

Service was good, but coffee was just so-so. Tasted just like most other brands, ie Dunkin, McDonald's, etc. Do yourself a favor and give the Caribou Coffee nearby a chance. It will become your new favorite!
