June 8, Sunday morning order a venti brown sugar outmilk shaked and spresso and what I got was a cold brew with 5 milligrams of outmilk with a cup with only half of the drink. Inaceptable… you pay for a product that’s what you should get exactly how you see it on their website

Dislike the workers; they will be talking shit about your drink. It's your job to make it. C'mon now, I don't need to hear you say it's weird or gross or I got too much mocha drizzle. I ordered a mobile order drink and waited over 20 minutes for ONE DRINK!! I waited there the entire time seeing the workers skip my order to do the ones present even though I was present the entire time.

I’m visiting from out of town & needed coffee, I was shocked when I saw Starbucks only had 2 Stars but realized that’s because it only had 2 reviews. I come from a city that uses reviews for everything!! So I’m adding my comment that it’s the cutest Starbucks inside a nice grocery story, the two female baristas were so nice & the coffee and food was Starbucks expectations.

Very disappointed with this location. Ordered coffee with cream and sugar. Received a black coffee. Asked for the cream and sugar so that I could fix it myself since none was available for the customers to use. Had to argue with the employee just to get it. Come on. It's just coffee. It's also It's part of the company name. Why does it need to be difficult.

I feel that it is disrespectful that one has to wait 10 minutes in Line when they are the ones who do not rush to serve the customer and only at 7:00 pm they say that they will stop serving, understanding the part that it is time to close but at least finish serving the customer who was waiting minutes before, it's just to put it into consideration

Very friendly staff sometimes have to wait a little bit to order but that's no problem for me as I'm trying to teach my daughter patience. They always know what I want and I never have to wait to long before I get my coffee. Love that they have different sizes rather than just small, medium, and large. They have 4 different sizes. I also love that they have drinks other than coffee they have refreshers which are good.
