I don't like writing reviews like this, but we would like to see this place survive.

The past several times we've been here, there is an abundance of employees working, yet nobody keeping the dining room clean.

Tonight we stopped in for fries, a blizzard and a peanut buster parfait... We were told they were out of peanuts. So scratch that and make it two blizzards.

We sat down to wait for our food and received our fries about 10 minutes before we got our blizzards. The fries were barely warm.

I don't know when we'll be back to this location, but it probably won't be any time too soon... Unfortunately. We really would like to see this place succeed.

Great place to get some soft serve!

I waited in the drive thru line for 50 minutes for 2 blizzards and get home to see this. Toppings sitting on the top and a cup full of ice cream.

Horrible food
My burger was BURNT and there was so much sauce on it that the bun was soggy

Horrible drive thru experience.
Manager working the window just assumed to keep my change..when I finally got her attention to come back to the window she said I was rude when I asked for my change...she said, well you never asked for your change back..when I confronted her about the situation she told me to leave or she'd call police...asked to talk to Manager ,she claimed she was the manager....wow.. this owner needs to replace her immediately. If the policy is to keep your change they should raise their prices to reflect that....

Frys were old and cold service was good tho

Lived in the area a while, stopped here a bunch. Food is fine, but the service is always terrible. Long lines to wait, the workers there seem like they don't care about helping you at all. Also, for like 2 months now they don't have chocolate ice cream...seems like a must have at an ice cream place. Overall, come here if it's the last choice, but recommend staying away.

What happened ?? Chicken strip basket, fries were cold and tasted like they were left overs from lunch 🤢. Chicken strips were chewy. Won't be ordering any food from there again.

The food was hot, fresh and delicious today 😋

Long wait, if finished my shake before I got my hamburgers, they were cold. Poor management. If you’re on the freeway looking for some lunch, don’t stop here.

jade is a great manager. 10/10 service

By far the worst Dairy Queen in the state. The food is always stale and never fresh. The wait time is always far longer than it should be. The majority of the time they are out of product and can’t make the food you order. I cannot stress it enough to go somewhere else you will never be satisfied. I don’t expect perfection in fast food but this is truly pathetic. I’ve tried to get ahold of the manager multiple times with no reply. This is strictly a leadership issue. If the leaders don’t care the people under them won’t either. Take some pride in what you do or find another career. If I was the owner I would fire my entire staff and start fresh because there is obviously zero accountability with the staff you currently have.

Good food.

Just wanna say how awesome the crew was doing in spite of being busy! They told me there would be a wait (I didn’t mind waiting) and they got my order exactly how I wanted it! The girl at the window apologized and I just wanted the crew to know that they did a great job!!
