Me and my wife just ordered earlier her chicken strips sandwich was not even a chicken strip sandwich it was old with old lettuce that look like old old cabbage and the bread was salt as a rock too hard to eat do not order this sandwich

Usually the wyoming DQ is a mess but I was craving the chicken strips so I risked it. I was pleasantly surprised to see a very clean place, attentive staff that chatted with me and my order was made quick. I was used to young staff who could care less about conversation with a customer. My only complaint is the chicken strips are much smaller than they used to be but everything now days has shrunk so probably not DQ's fault. I will be back.

I avoid this place due to cost. Two people are commonly $15 for just simple treats. McDonald's is right over the bridge

The ranch that was provided was a huge health hazard. It was inside my box of food. I looked at it and they had formed into jello like substance. It was disgusting and super warm. It was definitely not handled correctly in a safe manner and is a huge health hazard. I could have gotten sick and I’m pretty sure many people would have said the same thing. Very disappointing. I hope they learn about this mistake and improve on it. The tenders were very good though so I’m glad I got it sauced. The fries lacked seasoning and it was kind of borderline cold and warm. Overall, decent place but it definitely dropped the ball this time

Water out of fountain drink was brown and no flavor in my blizzard just tasted like vanilla ice-cream with chunks in it. Very disappointed in this dairy Queen...

i went here yesterday and went inside to to get my food because the drive thru was packed. i got inside and stood there for 5 minutes wondering when they were gonna take someone's order. the people in front of me looked like they were getting pretty impatient and had been standing for a while. there was at least 4-5 workers there, they were only focusing on the drive thru and talking to each other, when there were 5 other people inside waiting to order. i waited so long i got to the point of just leaving it was so bad. terrible terrible service and all i wanted was some onion rings!!

I don't like writing reviews like this, but we would like to see this place survive.

The past several times we've been here, there is an abundance of employees working, yet nobody keeping the dining room clean.

Tonight we stopped in for fries, a blizzard and a peanut buster parfait... We were told they were out of peanuts. So scratch that and make it two blizzards.

We sat down to wait for our food and received our fries about 10 minutes before we got our blizzards. The fries were barely warm.

I don't know when we'll be back to this location, but it probably won't be any time too soon... Unfortunately. We really would like to see this place succeed.

Great place to get some soft serve!

I waited in the drive thru line for 50 minutes for 2 blizzards and get home to see this. Toppings sitting on the top and a cup full of ice cream.

Horrible food
My burger was BURNT and there was so much sauce on it that the bun was soggy

Horrible drive thru experience.
Manager working the window just assumed to keep my change..when I finally got her attention to come back to the window she said I was rude when I asked for my change...she said, well you never asked for your change back..when I confronted her about the situation she told me to leave or she'd call police...asked to talk to Manager ,she claimed she was the manager....wow.. this owner needs to replace her immediately. If the policy is to keep your change they should raise their prices to reflect that....

Frys were old and cold service was good tho
