Doordash. Fries were cold as usual fed them to my dogs. Quarter lb with cheese was lukewarm as best. No flavor till I put salt and pepper on myself. This store is going down hill fast.

I go here maybe every other month and this is always what I deal with. Raw food which is ridiculous because the grills have timers to know when the cooking is done.i worked at a Donald's 35 years ago and we never had raw burgers, it's a press that cooks both sides, so there is no exception for this. Horrible, you're gonna get people sick or worse.

Love finding hair stuck in my food! Maybe yall should consider hairnets, unacceptable. Stopped in august 28th around 645 AM. Ordered coffee and a mcmuffin. Opened sandwich to find hair melted into the cheese.

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this McDonald's location was extremely disappointing. While going through the drive-thru, a worker was not only unprofessional but blatantly disrespectful. After giving us back are change then abruptly slammed the window in our faces without saying a word. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any customer service setting. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. It's not just about fast food - it's about human decency and professionalism. Management should seriously consider providing proper training to their staff to ensure that no one else has to go through a similar experience.
3 stars because our food is good every 3rd time. Half full fries and over cooked everything this time! You would think I would learn but it so close. Next time it's worth the trip to forest lake.

I live right down the road from this place. I have only ever used the drive thru. Staff are always friendly. Orders are always right. Food seems fresh 9/10. It's always a good choice for a quick bite, and the kids always love a happy meal!

This location is one of my favorites when it comes to the service because everyone is friendly at the drive thru. I ate breakfast last and it was a bummer to have the burritos with not enough cheese. Their lunch/dinner is always awesome. One of the workers let my ASD child pick which toy he wanted in his happy meal. I'll definitely return whenever I am in town!
