Our 1st experience here was phenomenal. We had the sampler platter and it was so good that we got a full rack to take home as well. Came back for round 2, take out, 6 weeks later and spent $108.00 on 2 full racks of ribs, some sausage bites, and a jar of their "magic dust". After the 40 minute drive home we ripped into our food. What a disappointment. The ribs were so dry you'd have to eat them in the rain. Like seriously tough, dried out, inedible. The back strap...
Such an awesome BBQ spot. Everything is amazing, from the atmosphere, to the service, to the beer and cocktail list, and of course the food. Wings are crazy good. The brisket & ribs are the bomb. The chicken & pulled pork and the array of sauces? Holy cow. Get your butts to Smokey’s.
Wasn't that hungry so I got the wings app and a side of fries, it still made a full meal, got the dry rub and it was seasoned perfectly. It's best to be really hungry when going to Smokies but it's the only worthwhile BBQ in the area and that's what we wanted. If you are in the area try them out, you won't be disappointed.
