Went in late and the young lady had an attitude, after we called ahead. It was awkward the whole time.
So the guy with long curly hair that works there told my wife that we have to order online next time because of how many subs she ordered for me and our kids. He said it is easier for him if we do that instead. He also said that if other people were there he would have to help them first because of how many subs she ordered even if we were there first. He was BEYOND rude and we are never going back because of him. The reason we don't order online is because he always messes our subs up. He definitely needs more training on customer service. My wife was furious when she arrived home and she said she is never going back. This incident happened on April 21st at 8pm. I hope his boss sees this review and does something about it. We are going to Jersey Mike's instead for now on.
Went on a Sunday afternoon and Laura was there working all by herself. She handled a difficult customer well, and had a lot of people to serve after him. She did well for being there by herself. I hope this subway will add more employees to make everyone a little more happy! Thank you again, Laura for your hard work.
The worker refused to make 6 sandwiches when there was no other customers in the store.
This place screwed up my order bad, ordered a meatball marinara with bacon, all that was supposed to be on it was meatballs, bacon and cheese. I got a meatball marinara with Lettuce, pickles, sliced tomatoes and an insane amount of mayo. How do you mess up this bad? Makes no sense.
To the young guy working by himself on Sunday night 11/24.. great job man. Great attitude and thorough while running the store alone. Need more young people like you!

It was depressing. You can't order a regular BMT or Spicey Italian any longer, just a larger more expensive version. The person serving me said the quiet part outloud. They are the most popular items so Subway is doing it to make more money. Also, getting rid of the sweet onion sauce which was very popular, is all I need to no longer frequent Subway.

Ordered online for pickup in store. Time said 100pm. Now it is 133pm and still no sandwiches. What is going on? I wish I could ask for a refund but no one is answering the phones. Management needs to do better and have more employees.

This place is SLOW! No matter if you place your order 2 hours in advance or 15 minutes either way you will be waiting. When You walk in there is 1 person making the subs and always that one person in the back that’s oblivious to what’s going on in the front. 3 times I’ve tried this location all 3 have been a disaster. You would be better off going to a subway down the road.

2pm on a Friday and there is one employee making sandwiches. Pathetic excuse for a subway chain, if I wanted to wait 20 minutes, I would have went to a sit down restaurant.

Stopped in right before close Saturday night and asked the guy if it was a jerk move if I got a few sandwiches. He said it was perfectly fine and to come on in. It was all my niece wanted to eat on her birthday and I really appreciate that guy.

Only one person in front of me ordering one sandwich and it took 15 minutes. When it was my turn he said that I would have to wait until he made app orders. Nobody was behind me. I left with a sandwich and went somewhere else. Very rude and very slow. Won't be back.

Go to Stacy or Flake if you can. Ordered for pickup to be ready at 6:35pm left the store with our food at 6:55pm. When we walked in at 6:35pm there was one person having a sandwich made otherwise the store was empty and they hadn't even started our mobile order. The worker at the front said she was the only one making sandwiches and went to the back to ask the other girl to help. They got in some kind of fight, the one making sandwiches told the other one to "quit threatening and just leave then", so not sure what was going on with that. No one came in after the guy that was there when we walked in left, and it still took 20 minutes to get our food. Also, the girl making the sandwiches was coughing very loudly and not covering her mouth the entire time.. like come on, at least cover your mouth with your elbow if you're around food. My sandwich was supposed to have chicken, lettuce, spinach, honey mustard and garlic aioli (yes I'm picky), I ended up getting chicken, lettuce, spinach, onions, peppercorn ranch, salt and pepper.. ?? Not sure how you mess it up that badly but ?♀️ So yeah, just go to a different Subway if you can.
