I love Caribou but this location is awful. They have limited food options due to it being a cabin. My drink is made incorrectly every time.

Please supervise your trainees better and ensure they're doing things right. I usually order the frozen matcha, and this is the second time I've gotten what's basically a milk slushie. I didn't have time to ask them to fix it though :(
Anyway. They have good service though and do fix things if you ask. The vast majority of the time, their stuff is good. But the aforementioned problem has occurred at this particular location enough times to count as a pattern in my book

Don't waste your time ordering ahead. Either walk up or just order it through the drive-thru line. Every vehicle that got there while I was waiting went through the drive-thru before. I even got my stuff that was ordered ahead by 7 minutes. As far as quality goes, it tastes like it was rushed custom notes won't even fulfilled. Highly recommend going anywhere else

So I haven't been here in a while but as much as I like caribou this is by far the worst, evertime we order from here in some way shape or form our order get messed up , from getting the wrong order to even getting double charged. It'd be better to go to Elk River or Princeton . Apparently they can't read what the customer put on the online order. Will not be returning
