Drive thru was poor service. The person taking the order, kept saying she couldn't hear us and we had to yell into speaker the she made a comment that we didn't have to yell.

On July 13, 2025, went to order My wife favorite drink and they couldn't even get it right. How hard is it to make a Carmel Cooler with no topping, less flavor, and an extra shot of expresso. Then you can't even get my son Carmel cooler straight. I returned it and they suppose to remake it and but to dam lazy saying they did. Problem with the shop is we order the drink from every Caribou Coffee when we stop by. You taste the coffee before you taste the sugar first. Won't go back to this lousy shop!

i absolutely love caribou and i have good experience from most locations but this location don’t know what they’re doing. i ordered a large chai with no ice and they gave me half a cup of chai, not even full. i was shocked i asked to fill it up they said they couldn’t. how?? imagine giving a customer half empty cup of their order while they payed for a large. smh

I love caribou coffee and I’ve been going here for a long time but now they suck I asked for a chia with extra lavender and they gave me it with out any so I turned around and I asked if they can redo my drink and when I pulled to the window they game me a shot of lavender and said figure it out the next week I came back and wanted a cold frap when they made it they didn’t even mix it it was like a block of ice. I got a couple drinks where I asked for 0 ice and they decided to go and give me half a cup and gave me a cup of ice last time I’m coming here get some new working before you lose a lot of customers.
Haven’t even tasted it yet. EVERYTIME I come here my drink is 1/2 -3/4 full. The one in Princeton and ER always have it full.

This is a Caribou Hut, but it is probably one of the fastest huts I have ever been to! The barista was also super friendly and welcoming for 7am on a Sunday morning, and my drinks were perfect!
