I got a chocolate malt multiple times but this time it literally tasted like a can of spaghetti-Os couldn’t eat it.

The gals that were working Monday evening. Real nasty but there is a plus for those of us in Zimmerman. Baskin and Robbins will do a booming business soon.

Classic little Dairy Queen with very polite staff who handled the indoor and drive-thru evening rush with grace and friendliness. Full kitchen and dessert options and the service was quick and accurate. They had non-dairy Dilly bars in stock as individual bars or in the boxes which is a huge plus for our party. They also offer cakes and can write a message on them for you! Worth a quick stop when you're hungry :)

DO NOT ORDER FOOD! I WATCH THE COOK HANDLE FOOD WITH NO GLOVES AND NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS! I placed a mobile order and was there 15 mins after the pickup time and it was also so cold I couldn’t even eat it and my sundae was melt by the time I got my food. Bunch of young kids who just Cared about talking more then the food people spend there hard earned money on. Spent my last $7 on food i couldn’t even eat what a joke and how nasty have smoke handling food without gloves and not washing there hands. Will not return to this location couldn’t pay me enough after that experience ill drive the extra time to a different location

They can't get online orders right, they put a bunch of stuff on my burger that I took off. I was the only person in there

Went there yesterday.. only the drive thru was open. No signs on the doors! Urg!

Terrible experience every time I go to this location. 1hr.+ wait times in the drive through blizzards only being half filled. If you do order food it will be cold and probably missing the sauce if you wanted any. If I could give it a 0 I would.

I normally dont write reviews because every place has bad days and I get it, but its never a good experience here. They have absurdly long wait times in the drive thru everytime I come here. They only take one order at a time so they leave people waiting in the road instead of the actual drive thru space. Food is cold half the time, fries under cooked, blizzards aren't full, took a hour between when I got in line to when I got my food this last time with only 3 cars ahead of me. Worth driving to a different DQ. If it wasn't such a small town with limited options they probably wouldn't be in buisness still.

Warning - no drinking water! We’ve stopped at this DQ a couple of times now and every single time they’ve been out of something. I understand the occasional missing item but the pattern points to poor inventory management. The staff is moderately friendly but don’t seem super interested in working. The food (what they have in stock, anyway), is good. But today when we stopped we also discovered that they have NO drinking water, and nothing in their fountain that isn’t carbonated. This didn’t work for my small children. Luckily we happened to have something for them to drink in the car but I don’t think we’ll be stopping here again - it’s downright inconvenient.

We ordered our food and waited and waited. I checked to see why was told our ticket was misplaced. Waited again 45 min total. We finally received our food fries were cold and chicken strips warm not hot disgusting.

Very very slow. Bad service no apologies. Children running it

Horrible horrible experience the worker Elise was the most disrespectful girl working there I’ve never had a drive through experience quite like this and not to mention they forgot half of our food and we had to go back he three times until she got it right and tried to charge me twice when I already paid and wouldn’t give receipt

They have good ice cream and cheesecurds while the fries are decent, would come again though

Man these fries are as cold as the weather today
