Total pro staff, Papas Italian catered food for my mom's funeral in Buffalo spoke with owner even though it was out of range he made it happen. Food was delicious, added to an already amazing service. Thank you all involved.

Absolutely terrible. I genuinely wish the previous owners would come back, because the current management has completely ruined this place. The staff were rude and dismissive, acting as if customers were an inconvenience. We didn’t receive all of our food, and when the rest finally arrived, it was cold and stale—so bad my kids wouldn’t even eat it. No apology, no accountability, and zero customer service. The food quality was unacceptable, and the entire experience was a complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

The food here is worth the 30 minute drive. Pick a calzone or one of Papa's pies and you won't be disappointed. The homemade dressings are AMAZING!
Food was excellent. Especially bacon, ham, turkey Stromboli. Service is very attentive and pleasant. Recommend stopping whenever you can. You won’t be disappointed. A Zimmerman gem.

While waiting for my to go order on bench in the lobby a ceramic sign fell flat on my head I was dazed for awhile No employee came immediately to my attention They did not take my injury seriously Great big turn off Also they could not tell me was the object on the wall or up above on an overhang and an employee knocked it on my head .The whole time never concerned about my well being Just give me my food and hooe I leave They did not even offer to pay for my food Bottom line if ceramic picture would have fallen on a fragile perso or child they would be dead After arguing they finally paid for my dinner Complete Negligence all around And the manager was a teenager who was clueless Very angry customer

We rarely don't drive down to the cities without stopping at this great little Italian hole in the wall....they make homemade Italian pasta dishes and have absolutely the best pizza around.

I don’t typically ever write reviews for any places. But honestly was disappointed.
I try to go to local places to support my community but it really sucks to see Ai art being used.
Alternatively the gyro was like rubber????
All the food LOOKED good, but taste & texture wise it was just off.
I’ll give them credit where credit is due, they can make pretty good, but it’s nothing if the food isn’t tasty.
Most things are on the menu for about 10 dollars with lesser quality than i had expected from McDonald.
When I looked through the window into the kitchen area behind me (I don’t wanna start rummors so don’t quote me on this) but I think I saw someone picking their nose. I don’t know if they actually did or if it just looked like that,
I really wanted to love this place. But it really wasn’t good.
