I'll start this out by saying I absolutely love dogs but my friend and I met the big white and black dog getting out of our car as we were walking into Ridgewood he started biting my friends ankle and shoes. When we tried to pull him off he growled and bit her arm. As we were sitting down waiting to get menus I had made a joke under my breath about suing them to my friend and all of a sudden we were being told its how he plays. But if thats how he plays he shouldn't be greeting guests by himself if he is a jumper like he was trying to do he could seriously hurt someone. Felt watched and heard us being talked about but our service was still slow even with no one being there

We went during a Vikings game so it was pretty busy and loud but not overwhelming. The service was great as well as the food. They have a good variety on their menu as well.

If you like the lake life, and you like to eat, this is definitely the place to go! Excellent service, excellent food, and excellent personalities in the bar and restaurant! Some of the best walleye I have ever had!

We keep giving this place chances because it's close and convenient but the burgers are always burned and everything is incredibly salty to the point where the fries hurt my mouth. The staff has always been kind and attentive, I won't fault them on the food. We will probably try the breakfast sometime.

Was here the weekend of October 4th my step dad had to pay for a fricken soda when they were so backed up on the order that part of ours sat on a window ledge and the rest was no where close to done. We all love Ridgewood but that drink should of been a token of apology not more money and potential tips

I wanted to like this place for the hole-in-the-wall lakeside vibe. That’s about the only thing it has going for it though. The food took an hour to come out and they only gave us an ETA after 30 minutes had passed. This was after calling ahead for our group of 12 and they said there’s plenty of room for us; no mention of a possibly long wait. I don’t think the server apologized or acknowledged our frustration at all. An apology and getting ahead of the situation goes a long way vs pretending it doesn’t exist. Just super disappointing :(
