I went into subway and the guy who greeted me was absolutely awesome! The customer service he delivered was absolutely amazing. He made my chicken wrap and did it with art. Such great staff! Biggest reason my family and i always come back

Ordered online and the mayo was missed. As well as the extra onions, in which there were none. And the oil. And… toasted. I understand when it’s busy and mistakes happen, but when my boyfriend arrived, there were no customers, and the sandwich artist was outside smoking. I have never had a bad experience with this location before, so we’re a little bummed. I wish we noticed this before tipping. PS, added my own mayo.
Put in an online order for three subs they were 10 minutes later than what the pick up time was which is not a big deal but I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki and I don't like it toasted so they put the meat on and then heat it up so when I got home, I had cold Chicken on my sandwich like who does that so I just threw my subway and didn't have dinner to warm up the lettuce would be all hot and nasty and it just wouldn't taste right

They seemed to be more focused on online orders, there was a few of us waiting for over 15min without even being acknowledged. 2 people even walked out

When orders are placed online, there should be someone to take care of those right away. Not only that, but when you are making food for an online order, you should not stop making that order to help someone else. The order should be completed in order the same as customers walking in… I worked at subway for 12 years and the service now days is terrible. There doesn't seem to be enough employees staffed to make sure customers are being taken care of efficiently.. why does it take 30 minutes to complete an online order and have it completed past the “pickup” time. Sounds like a training issue and a company who under staffs their employees..

To go order. Food awful. Ordered sprite received lemonade. Pretzel was hard and tasted just like old bread. Sandwich wrap was covered in flour. Tasted like I was eating sand. Called to talk to a manager and the kids response that answered was “nope” when I asked if there was a manager there. I clarified and he said “nope”. That was it. No offer to find out what I needed.

Worst subway experience ever here in zimmerman. Waited 30 minutes, got skipped by walk-in guests, hot subs were cold, and on top of all of that, they were out of an item I ordered, and refused to refund me! They offered me 2 cookies instead of a refund for a product they didn't have in stock! Rediculous. And basically theft.
Reached out to subway guest services, they didn't respond at all to my inquiry! Failure all-around on this guest experience. Will not return.
