Won’t be returning. Got a footlong and was missing ingredients and I called and the worker I spoke to was rude and said he would not help me. Very disappointed.
On a separate occasion I placed an order for pickup at 7pm it said it was ready on the app and fulfilled and I had someone there to pick it up and the woman on the phone said it’s not her issue and she won’t help me and she was talking about the person I had picking it up at the door very poorly to me not knowing it was my mother saying she would not help and it’s not her issue even though she marked it ready for pick up and was very rude to my mother and myself.
I rarely have good experiences here almost every time I order something it’s missing something or workers are not kind..

I had a wonderful experience tonight.Well I was getting my subway! Thanks to i believe his name was jaden. Wonderful attitude superprofessional answered any question. I had made a wonderful sandwich and I had a wonderful experience. Thank you very much, sir. You are a tremendous employee and subway should be.You're very proud to have you part of their team!!!!

I came in closer to close and the guy working was very nice and friendly. The food was good and it made me smile so here’s a 5 star footlong! 😋
Says open on website it's 10 o'clock went to the store doors are locked lady is inside witg lights on and fans on doing nothing.

I enjoyed my sub but was very disappointed in the person working, not friendly and didn't listen very well, had to repeat things to him multiple times and he had to look up how to make subs. I think he was too new to be on his own.

I was the first customer of the morning and the staff member who made my sandwiches was pleasant and fast. She made everything just as I asked and got me out of there quickly to start my day. Would definitely come back. Clean dining room, although I took mine to go.

Started with apparently a shortage of all the veggies, asked with each to add more. Not willing to add more. My sub was two different pieces of yesterday's bread (white) to make a foot long. Chicken was barely enough to cover each piece of bread. Then she asked me if I wanted it toasted. I replied no. She then was putting into the oven, I stopped her. I politely asked for extra black olives she said they had a shortage at the wear house. Really I'm a customer here and now paying $14 for a foot long. I will never go back to Zimmerman Subway. What a joke!

Amazing food and the workers are very nice. I forgot my wallet and the worker covered my whole meal which I appreciate and the place was very clean.
worst subway location ever, butchered our orders and insane wait time. need to hire some competent workers.
the quality of sandwiches have gone down, and same with the quality of the workers. theres no sense of urgency, and my sandwiches are always a sloppy mess.
