Order and pay at counter. The cook brings out your food. Everything is homemade. Chicken salad sandwich on croissant was delicious. Chicken noodle soup was very tasty. Great portions for the price.

What a gem! I've been to Zumbrota many times in the past few years and have always wanted to stop here. Yesterday was the day. Food was fresh and very good, great prices too. Don't forget to get a homemade dessert! Wonderful small town cafe!
The food was decent. Italian cream sodas were great. The lady that took our order at the counter was very rude though. I noticed her being rude to other patrons and employees there too.

My husband and I ate breakfast this morning. We shared a Joel's Combo. Two huge pancakes, two eggs, yummy potatoes, toast, and really good ham. I had enough left over for lunch and supper. Nice atmosphere...large windows letting in lots of sun...cute and clean. The service was fast and the waitress was very nice.
