Disappointed with what my Mom and I received for what they called a banana split. They put just enough toppings peeking out from all the whipped cream to make it look like ther would be more toppings under the whipped cream. But what a surprise when you take a bite and discover you ate all the strawberries pineapple and chocolate of each in three spoon of ice-cream. Never see such a all white banana split a huge Disappointed for what we paid. Will no be getting into that again.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the team at this DQ working SO unbelievably hard on Father's Day. Abigail & the other women working (sorry don't have their names) were amazing and patient when customers were unbelievably rude. Keep doing your thing ladies, we see you!

They said that there were no more hamburgers or buns and it was 7:40pm. How could you have run out? Dif you didn't actually run out then did you close down the kitchen early? On a SATURDAY night? Why? You are open till 10 pm, it seems very early. I used to be a DQ worker my self back in the day (for 14 years) and we never shut things down early on a summer Saturday until like 30 min before closing. Very disappointed.

This is the by far the worst DQ in the area. Workers are slow, unmotivated, and don’t even do a good job. Wasn’t even busy and I waited 15 minutes before they took my order. Got my blizzards that were 3/4 full and not even prepared correctly.
Drive thru closes an hour early too so don’t bother with your late night ice cream runs.

I've done a review on this before but does zumbrota dairy Queen is so filthy when they made me my blizzard the inside of the thing was just disgusting and I told him I didn't want a blizzard after all food everywhere all the tables are dirty I won't go there anymore

My boyfriend and I came here for 2 blizzards and they took 10 extra minutes of us waiting at the drive through before they took our order then proceed to take another 10 minutes to give one blizzard and we saw through the window them knock over our second blizzard and leave it there just to forget about it then they asked us to pay again for our order then they handed us the second blizzard that they tipped over. This dairy queen is a joke never coming back.

Food wasn’t bad but you could tell it was rushed, bread had to be torn apart( wasn’t fully cut) put the wrong sauce on my chicken (still tasted good) and one half of the bread had little to no butter. Went just two weeks prior and had the same thing and it was perfect ( and it seemed much more busy last time)

It literally took 30mins to get 1 blizzard…….in the drive thru……and then they gave me the wrong one…….i will never be going back there. Do not recommend!!
