Employee's long hair, which was down and loose, went in my Blizzard. I asked for a new one, but they just went around the corner and pulled the hair out and said it was newly made... then why is it half melted??

Make sure you call if you order in the app. They will not bring it to your car as it says in the app. No one mentioned this. I'm curious how long they would have let me wait. I was there for 30 minutes. Doors were locked but they weren't closed. When I finally talked to a worker she was incredibly rude. I know they can't change that in the app so hopefully this helps someone else. I wouldn't bother ordering online at this location.

I ordered the mixing bowl mashup blizzard, which was featured on their summer blizzard menu. This blizzard is shown with chocolate ice cream on this menu, but mine had vanilla ice cream. I don't care for vanilla ice cream, so I was disappointed by this.

My mom and I ordered the banana split on 08/09/25 at 5:45 and when we received it I never see such a white banana split before. There was only less than table spoon of strawberry and pineapple topping and maybe teaspoon of chocolate syrup. And lots of whipped cream. Gor whst we paid it was big disappointment. I should of went back in but they were really busy which is no excuse for skimping on the quality of the ice cream topping. Otherwise the staff was friendly and kind just wished we would of got the banana split should of had on it instead of of dish full of ice-cream,banana, little topping to look like it was under all the whipped topping making deceiving until you started eating and finding you might have say none.

They put just enough toppings peeking out from all the whipped cream to make it look like ther would be more toppings under the whipped cream. But what a surprise when you take a bite and discover you ate all the strawberries pineapple and chocolate of each in three spoon of ice-cream. Never see such a all white banana split a huge Disappointed for what we paid. Will no be getting into that again.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the team at this DQ working SO unbelievably hard on Father's Day. Abigail & the other women working (sorry don't have their names) were amazing and patient when customers were unbelievably rude. Keep doing your thing ladies, we see you!

They said that there were no more hamburgers or buns and it was 7:40pm. How could you have run out? Dif you didn't actually run out then did you close down the kitchen early? On a SATURDAY night? Why? You are open till 10 pm, it seems very early. I used to be a DQ worker my self back in the day (for 14 years) and we never shut things down early on a summer Saturday until like 30 min before closing. Very disappointed.
