I've not had good experience with this McDonald's because of the service and how they forget things alot for my stuff. Plus I needed a refund for something they messed up on and didn't even give my money back.
Stoped in on 08/28/2024 at 8:55am and placed a to-go order. As I was waiting for my food I watched an employee bump into some cups and knock 5-6 cups down onto the ground in the kitchen/prep area. He then takes his foot and pushes all of the cups into a pile and the lady that runs the cash register bends over, picks the cups up and places all of them back into the cup holder which appears to be attached to the McFlurry machine.
