Wish I could give negative stars! Can only get the promotional deal if you order on app. App charged full price and subway staff could care less because “not in their control”. The condescending man Child making the sandwiches, proceeded to insult my intelligence, because the app overcharged me. I know it’s not just me being ridiculous because I just read the other reviews on this subway. Not too many people are pleased with this subway location, maybe management needs to be replaced……I won’t be spending anymore of my money here.

Lettuce was added to a meatball sub on accident and the woman making it was trying to pick the lettuce off. When my daughter ask her if she could remake it she still wanted to use the same meatballs and ended up dropping them trying to hurry. It was really unappealing and I felt she was rude.

Good is good. I don’t believe they go by what the ticket says. I always ask for more veggies and never seem to get more than the regular amount. Plus some of them can over saturate the sauces even if you ask for less.

They added buffalo sauce to my children’s footlong and when I called I was told oh my bad we can’t do refunds. Only figured it out after my 9 year old had already ate some and was yelling ‘it’s hot!’. So I had to go somewhere else to get food for my 4 year old because whoever was working clearly didn’t look at the sandwich instructions.

I went 2 subway in advance,mo seen where the new subway way is cutting meat freshly seen the meat slicer behind counter looked new & unused but thought they just started so slicer would look that way but everything looked as was before all meat was sliced & in the food bin & the meat looked just like before presliced lunch meat out of packaging but against my better judgment still ordered after they toasted my sub looked @ veggies & they looked horrible you could tell they weren't fresh @ all looked like been in fridge for couple days the lettuce & spinach was wilted,the cucumbers looked waterlogged, the onions looked shriveled up that's just few examples needless to say I didn't have anything put on except meat & cheese when I got home ready to eat the Philly steak was so dry out tasting I just threw the sandwich in trash needless to say I remembered why I stop goin to subway in advance mo only reason gave 2 stars is cause they do have good cookies I haven't ate there in couple yrs before this day needless to say I WONT GO BACK I spend Xtra gas money & go to dexter mo or just drive to cape Girardeau mo & go to firehouse subs where meat is cut to orderSincerely

The experience at this subway is never the best. The bread is always stuff, but the staff is always friendly. I do recommend this over some other fast food spots, but other subways have been better.

The associate was very helpful & personable. Subs tasted excellent! We had steak & cheese & chicken, bacon ranch subs. No cookies this time but they are very good.Parking: The lot was empty when we arrived.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to maneuver wheelchair. There was nothing restricting movement inside. Tables far enough to allow wheelchair easy access.

I wish you could give zero stars , the service was poor , over heard someone ask about specials , they said download app or coupons, I downloaded the app and then they told me I must order online to get the deal , I asked for onions was told they didn't have while they had red onions on their veggie bar , will not return there very unhappy with it all

I ordred from the app for the second time now. I was disappointed the first time because I ordered 4 cookies & only received 2. I should have checked my order before leaving.I was even more disappointed today. I have food sensitivities and am very limited on the variety I can eat. But for some reason it's assumed that I don't want much volume of food, way too often.I ordered a sandwich with cheese, "more" spinach, onion and black olive. It appears that I received "less" though. When you can't have much and then you're given even less, it's very disappointing. Please fill my bread with plenty of the 3 veggies I requested.I won't be using the app again.
