I got breakfast for lunch and I order scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and wheat toast with breakfast potatoes. The quantity of the eggs was a little under normal and they were cooked a little too long. The bacon slices were big but nowhere crispy. The breakfast potatoes were a big clump which caused uneven browning. Perfect wheat toast and orange juice. Jonathan was my server and he was awesome. The vibe is small town diner.

A great little diner with excellent comfort food & great service. We’re in town because my grandma passed away and Affton Diner was one of the last places she’d gone out to eat with my family - so it was a nice experience to have a tasty brunch there in her memory today.

Had a delightful short conversation with Jonathan the owner, I had to say I’ve never had such a great meal for $11! It was worse twice. Country fried steak was so tender, green beans and potatoes are excellent. I highly recommend!

Stopped in for lunch. Ordered their meatloaf platter. Worst grizzled l, could not eat it. Fake mashed potatoes. Inedible lima beans. Swanson tv dinners were better. They should be ashamed to plate this stuff they call FOOD.
