Against my better judgment, I went here instead of going to the much better Culver’s or Freddy’s for ice cream. This is the second time that this has happened at this location. There were 3-4 Cars in front of us and I ordered a peanut butter parfait. We waited and we got to the window and paid and she immediately handed the bag over, I instantly thought, dear God I hope this has not been sitting the whole time melting and it just explodes everywhere when I open the lid. I opened it literally right after we paid and that is exactly what happened. Why would you mix cold ice cream with very hot fudge and then just let it sit while you take 10 minutes to make other people’s food so then I had ice cream and hot fudge all over me in the car and I didn’t get to enjoy my dessert because the Ice cream was so melted. The photo is after I spent 4 minutes trying to clean up the mess. Thanks for wasting my time & money.

This is a great DQ location. They have an awesome app order fulfillment with fast friendly staff. The food is excellent quality and the in app deals are the BEST! The burgers, chicken, and sweet treats are delicious!

1/10/2026 Came in for 2 Doordash orders, both were completed (early) and I was greeted with a smile. Store was very clean and organized. For being slammed, everything was correct, everyone was working, there was no chaos and the management was helping out! I would love to take another thousand orders from this location. 5 stars all the way. Everyone deserves a raise!

Ordered Uber Eats now twice though this location and they forgot to give my blizzard both times it wouldnt be so bad if I could get a refund but Uber Eats don’t do that at all hardly now and I spent 11 dollars on it…I’m pissed

I try not to complain about simple mistakes made at fast food establishments but I came around 5:45 on 12/17/25 to get a rootbeer freeze. I’m really surprised to get a freeze filled with chunks of ice considering a float is literally icecream and soda blended together.. after spending $5 on a botched drink I’m pretty annoyed.

Every time I visit this restaurant, I am blown away by the consistency and quality of the food. The menu is always fresh, and there’s always something new to try. The staff is friendly and makes sure you're taken care of throughout your meal. Whether it's a casual lunch or a special dinner, this place delivers every time.
