Domino’s Gravios location. My delivery order was PERFECT pizza was hot, cheesy, saucy just the way I wanted it to be. Christian delivery was on point and very courteous. The pizza maker created yummy pizzas and a Philly cheesesteak to perfection.

I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I have not ordered pizza from anywhere in literally years and I decided to take advantage of Dominoes $10 sale because I didn't feel like cooking anything or going to some drive-thru. It was sooo good! It arrived way earlier than expected and it was hot, fresh, and delicious and nothing was skimped on to make up for the sale. Driver did as I noted on delivery directions. I'll definitely do this again soon. Thanks for a great dinner!

I have lived in different states and different parts of St. Louis County and City. I can honestly say that I have never ordered from a Domino's Pizza that just consistently missed the mark. Every time I order from the Affton location on Gravois, my order is baked timely and then sits for 30 minutes before it is ever delivered. Unacceptable. I received gift card for the holidays. I was excited to give this location another try. And once again, it took over 50 minutes to arrive. When it did arrive, the pizza was cold. I live less than a mile from your store and I couldn't even use the gift card because your site would let me enter a gift card amount. If you can't get your pizza delivered timely, then either stop offering delivery or use Door Dash delivery.

Im gonna be honest, I have literally never left a review in my life. But today, in the middle of a snowstorm, I was craving a pizza. Dominos was the only place around open. The pizza delivery did wind up taking two hours, as opposed to the 50 minutes that was quoted. I had no problems with this at all, as I completely understand. What really surprised me, though, was that the manager's name happened to match the name of my delivery driver. That leads me to believe this man is going out of his way to deliver pizzas when his drivers could not. Incredible dedication to his job. And then, after my pizza was delivered, I got a coupon in my email (I assume due to the wait). So, not only is Bradley the greatest manager/delivery driver ever, he went out of his way to make it up to me without me ever even complaining!! Thank you!!
Delivery driver bangs on main entrance vs walking upstairs waking neighbors with kids and won't hand you the delivery himself you have to take it out of the bag. Very lazy for $5 tip 30% gratuity... Customer service is lacking I understand you don't want to do cardio but you decided to be a delivery driver it's part of delivering.

I have had several mistakes on food, you get delivery and hour later after your food is sitting in the warmer and receive cold food!!!! How do I know this, because I track my order! I have been a loyal customer and always order from them at least twice a week and I keep getting the same service every time! And to add on the complaint, no one never answers the phone, I was on hold for 30 mins and no one still answered!!!! Dominos has lost a customer, nothing will or can get my business back!!!! You and your team of employees need to get your shit together!

Have to call store tomorrow.Tried doing sn order by Instacart and discovered that they deliver not Uber Eats. I live in a building were you must be rung in. I had to cancel order as I have no car to pi k it up Right now they have lost a customer
