Ordered a delivery bacon and mushrooms pizza the crust was so doughy and limp and it stuck to the box! You try to take a piece of pizza had cardboard on the bottom. Never again!

Came in and ordered a lasagna lunch special, food came out fast but was ice cold, asked them to please recook so it's hot, by the time they had my food ready I was out of time and needed to go, so I asked them to pack it to go. Later when I got home, I reheated the lasagna and it was not good at all. Mind you, I have previously worked for imos and know there lasagna is really good. The lady at the counter was very Apologetic for the situation, but honestly they should know they need to cook the lasagna till the sauce boils a bit. Not sure what the deal is honestly.

Made a $70 order yesterday, our pizza wasn’t cut well, and the toppings kept sliding off as we tried to pull pieces out. My partner and I also both found multiple hairs in our pizza, the first one or two we both silently brushed off until we pointed it out to one another, the more we ate the more we found. We tried to downplay it, thinking, maybe it came from our home, but it was literally baked into the pizza. They got to the point where we just threw the rest of the food away. Perfect we get one or two strands, but we found At least five different hairs in our food, all blonde or white and we are both brunettes.
We got 2 sausage black olive XL pizzas this week for a quick dinners. Two diferent times. They were excellent! Edge to edge toppings, plenty of cheese and hot. Highly recommend this Imos store, best of the bunch.

No one was monitoring the front counter. We were on our way out when they acknowledged us after 5+ minutes. Pizza came out quickly. Vegetarian was very good. All meat was salty. Lobby and restrooms were clean.
