Ordered 3 large pizzas online via Imo’s website. Food was ready within 15-20min. Tried Imo’s with some out-of-town friends. We ordered a sausage-pepperoni, chicken with creamy garlic sauce and a Deluxe Pizza. Everyone’s favorite was the BYO sausage/pepperoni pizza. Friends were a fan of the way Imo’s cuts the pizza.
My last two orders at this location were wrong when I called was told I could drive back to their location 100 degrees out side I was not going back. I was told the owner was going to call back that did not happen either, This location has gotten worse I pass two other Imo's to go to this location not anymore won't be back.

Called location 6197 Telegraph in Oakville, at 10:35P on a Tuesday to place order, they had no problem with it. Was in to pick it up & out before close at 11P, while 9417 Gravois location in Afton wouldn't take my order because they "stop taking orders at 10:10P," 50 minutes before close, for whatever reason. Drives me nuts when places do that, if you're open your open, if you're closed you're closed. If you are no longer are accepting orders, you're closed. If you close at 10:10P, change your times online to reflect that, so I don't waste my time calling you, who is claiming to be open til 11P, and probably supposed to be open, but just want to get everyone out early because you guys just decide you're done for the day. Which is fine, get everyone out at whatever time you want- just change your open/close times to reflect that. Don't claim to be open when you're not. It's annoying, it's frustrating, it's rude, it's crappy business. The Imo's in Oakville actually honors their open/closed times. Forget Affton, go to Oakville. Thank you Oakville for doing good business

Delivery driver (Uncle is what it said on the tracker) needs to read the delivery instructions. He claims he rang the doorbell 3 times, but it was my neighbor’s. He was very rude as well.

Quick service and hit the spot. Got a Pepperoni, bacon, and jalapeño pizza. A couple of decent looking sandwiches I might need to try soon! If you're looking for pizza, and friendly service, check this place out!
