I got most mornings - the sip club is worth the price. I enjoy breakfasts.

If I need lunch, I can pick one up with breakfast.

I waited over an hour for my order and was late for work. Livid is an understatement. I don't blame the employees. I blame the managers. They are clearly understaffed. And they ran out of part of my order. They gave me pastries. I did not order pastries. This coffee is also supposed to be iced.

I visited this store yesterday evening for dinner. When entering your establishment a young man with braids(reddish) was at the register to take my order. No hello,may I take your order, what can I get you, NOTHING. I order a you pick two rancher salad and sandwich with pecan twist. If your staff wants a tip learn some manners. PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!! and the salad was not that good but the sandwich was fire!

This is a very busy Panera so it can take awhile to get an order sometimes but this is one location that has never made a mistake and I've never been unhappy with the quality, unlike some other locations in the area. I hope they keep this one AS IS with the fireplace because that's what makes BreadCo special .

the place is beyond dirty the service is terrible i found apparent mouse hair in a pastery boycott shut the forein owned establishment down my brother remodeled it and they put him in the hospital

Breadco food is good but DoorDash service first time delivered to wrong house. Requested repeat delivery through DoorDash, but store didn’t get the order?! Took 2 hours for remake and second delivery. Will not use this Grasso location ever again, and not happy with first door dash either.

Food at Panera is always great. Grasso Plaza Panera service is always terrible. Anything that can go wrong with an order has gone wrong with every order I've made from this location in the past 3 years. I wanted my order to go? They made it for here. Forgotten drinks, wrong food in the bag, something is always bound to go wrong at this location. Not ordering again until they can get it right and bring back the croissants.

We walked up to purchase some sweets with our kids and the sweets were literally covered with gnats. I understand one flying around here or there but this was disgusting.
