If I am sick, I want Panera soup. I have been a long time standing customer. However, in November I was sick and put in a order. It was not what I asked for. I ordered the bread bowl, and was sent cups of soup. This is February and I have called the "manager" of this store THREE times being told I was being mailed a voucher to replace my order....I live 6 minutes away. I write reviews so you will know this store and at least 3 different workers have lied tp their customer telling me "I'm putting it in the mail right now". I would rather pay double to Red Lobster for clam chowder than be treated like I don't matter as a patron of Panera. Go elsewhere than Grasso Plaza. They obviously don't care about customer obsession ?

We ordered online one hour before picking up our order of breakfast soufflés around 9:15am. When we got there they told us that the soufflés go quickly and there was a rush of people who came in for them. This item is commonly out of stock which is why we ordered ahead of time although it did not seem to matter. An easy solution to this problem would be to make more soufflés.

Absolutely in Love with the creamy chicken and wild rice soup. The drink membership is a wonderful idea. I work pretty close so always stop in for a coffee in the morning and always a good quick lunch idea. Love the atmosphere. Very relaxing and always great service.

Ordered a flatbread and a chicken Cesar salad. Received a flatbread that looks like it was thrown against a wall and a Cesar salad missing the chicken and the baguettes were dough in the center. Don't worry though, Uber refunded $4.

Restaurant is worn and dirty. Bathrooms were gross and run down. Food was mediocre for the price. They forgot to add a main ingredient (chicken) to my sandwich. Disappointing how much it costs to eat out these days when the quality of the experience is not good. Better just to cook at home.

Manager (Ace) has an attitude. Employees have an attitude. They got the order wrong and then didn't have what I wanted. No apologies just rudeness and then went to talk to the cook casually instead of fixing the problem right away when I'm in a hurry. Won't be back.
