I had a great experience with my recent Pizza Hut delivery! The food arrived hot and fresh, and everything tasted delicious—especially the pizza, which was perfectly cooked and loaded with toppings. The delivery was right on time, and the driver was friendly and professional. Really appreciated the smooth and efficient service. Looking forward to ordering again soon!

Honestly, the craziest and worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered via the website, and it was then transferred to DoorDash as it usually does. The doordasher STOLE my order, and I was informed by the NEW doordasher (about 10 minutes after it was estimated to be delivered)instead of the actual store. The doordasher let me know they were remaking my order. 20 minutes went by and the doordasher lets me know the never started my order and they’d be starting now. I was then reassigned a third dasher. Cool, I’m still fine with this. At this point an hour and a half (20 minutes or so after I was told my order was being remade a second time) total has gone by and I have zero updates. I called the store who tells me they never started the order because they didn’t realize I ordered it through the website and not door dash. He over explained this detail to me, and told me he didn’t look to even see if I ordered it through the site. He said he’d remake it and then offered to give me ten dollars off. I asked how long it would be and he told me it would be ANOTHER 35 minutes. That would’ve been two hours total. I canceled the order out of frustration and the insanity of this experience.

Celebrating Mother's Day a week late. Ordered 5 large pizzas at noon for 2:15 delivery. Never came. Called 2:45 and was told on the way...give them 20 minutes. Never came. Called again. All the prep food had spoiled and cannot make order. Why not tell us in the first place. Finally got pizza elsewhere and ate at 4:30 pm. Never ever again!!

I placed an order for delivery I spent $50 and I said it to be delivered at 7:00 PM. The food never got here and when I called the store they told me oh yeah the food is on the way I waited for 45 minutes. Never got the food Call the Store back again. The guy never picked the phone up. I called four times and then I used a different phone and he picked it up right away which tells me he was ignoring my call. He knew what was going on so if I can give it a -10 stars, I would do that never ordering or placing a order through them ever again

The pizza was absolutely horrible. I ordered it well done and it was so well done in fact that it was inedible. Burnt to a crisp. I even ordered two different kinds of crust to try to make sure this didn't happen and they were both inedible. The guy helping me had his cigarettes on the counter in front of me and was just very matter of fact. I wish I wouldn't have given him a tip. Regardless I would rather have frozen pizza then this soon to be going out of business store.

yesterday my partner ordered the pasta and didn’t receive the breadsticks, which is hilarious because last time we ordered they came uncut and unseasoned! last time i just called to let them know of the small mistake but it’s obviously progressively getting worse. ordered 4pm-5 delivery.

Don't ever expect an order to go right with this place.Ever since they did away with drivers and use Door dash it has gone straight to hell. 3 times in 2 months I ordered delivery that never even showed up at my apartment. They are all very unapologetic about the whole thing too. I cancelled my order twice and went to physically pick it up another. No discounts or anything whatsoever has been offered. I ask for the boss only to be told they aren't there. I ask for district supervisor only to be told they don't have one.

I have given this place the benefit of the doubt to many times to count. Everytime I order here there is always a problem weather it be cold food or long wait times or the time I only got half my order and they refused too bring me the rest of refund me. Tonight I came in and I was told an order I placed for pickup 30min ago was not done. I waited for another 15 as I watched the kitchen staff play on their phones. I went back up to the counter to ask about the status of my order and was ignored for 5min the manger sometimes even making directly at me. After watching the staff continue to not do much of anything I watched the manager open a container of wings and smell them and then package them for order. After someone finally acknowledged me I asked about my order. Come to find out it was ready when I arrived and I waited in the restaurant for 15 minutes for no reason. I left only to come home to a cold pizza. I will never spend another dollar with Pizza Hut again as this has become common practice for the chain as a whole and I hope I see this one shut down for clearly obvious food safety violations. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

We did pick up. The pizzas were ready when they said it would be. The staff was friendly. When we got home the pizzas were piping hot and delicious. Highly recommend.
Ordered 2 orders of 12 chicken wings and a medium pizza… the bill was $63.00 plus a 5 dollar tip… Jesus I almost needed to take out a loan… and they used door dash to deliver it… never again… robbery 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
