Ordered a tub of the pretzel bites with jalapeño cheddar dip, was the biggest hit of our party! Delicious, moist and buttery, and crusty on the outside...perfect. The staff is super cool and friendly. Please check them out..yum!!

I ordered and paid online. My wife went to pick up the order and was charged for the order. She mentioned that it should have already been paid for and was RUDELY told. If you want it... you have to pay for it. I have a line waiting. She went ahead and paid. I just found out about this 2 days later. Tried calling.... no one answered and no room on VM to leave a message. I have both receipts... can't get there until the weekend due to work. Very disappointed, try to patronage local business.... but won't be going there again.

We have gotten their pretzels for many events easy and delicious and cheap however the last two times I have ordered them they have tasted like they have been sprayed with a chemical or cleaner. One time I would chalk it up to a mishap two times a couple a weeks apart and there is an issue.

This place is awful. I'd leave zero stars if I could. They are out of everything every single time without fail. It's a joke. And then they do have items they are hard as a rock and disgusting. The cheeses are cold and grainy every single time. I've given them multiple chances. Never wasting my money on this place ever again.
placed a in order for a combo party tray on August 31 to pick up on September 3, arrived at the store and was told they cannot find my order. Eventually found my order and said they wouldn't be able to fill it because they didn't have the mini dogs. The young employee didn't seem to care that they couldn't fill my order and the manager ( if one was on duty) did not apologize. Very disappointed.

Many years ago we tried Pretzel Pretzel and unfortunately we were not impressed. But we decided hey lets try it again. went into the Telegraph Location, placed my order and I was told the ovens were already shut off for the day. yes I am aware they close at4pm, but it was 315pm. I was told all that was available were the 3 items in the case. Disappointed yet again to say the least.

Ordered two trays of the party 100 nugget trays over half of them were hard and not edible. The pieces were all different sizes and the small ones cooked too long and were too hard to eat def not soft puffy nuggets as advertised. Reached out to the Telegraph location told me to chat online with someone ask for a refund of one of the party nugget trays and then no response. I’ve heard great things about the Concord Village location will definitely try that one next time! Was told they’re different owners/management.

Well, I went down there today to buy some pretzels and they were closed. No sign on the door it’s not a way to run a business. Plus they never answer their phone.
