I had ordered a Roast Beef Sandwich, got up to the window asked for barbeque sauce and paid $3.99. Got home and they had charged me for a beef barbq sandwich which happened to be the same price. No wonder why the guy looked at me strange when I asked for a barbq sauce. I called and they didn’t offer to make it right said she could give 10% off my next bill. I would have wasted more gas bringing back the wrong sandwich than it was worth. Get the orders right the first time! There are other places in WCH that have roast beef sandwiches and better customer service!
