I know there's a lot going on with the company right now. So I've tried to be understanding. This location used to be our favorite and it is going downhill rapidly. The staff used to be friendly. That is definitely not the case lately. Not only do you not get what you paid for, but they still add all the extra charges. Knowing they're not giving you what you're asking for. At first I thought it was a mistake. But it continues to happen. Consecutive times in a row. Paying extra for vanilla, sweet cream and getting Oat milk is not ok. Asking for a correction. To get what I actually paid for and getting a nasty attitude. As if I did something wrong. It's already overpriced coffee. So to not get what you ask for and pay for is unacceptable. Scooters will have to be our new go to.

Let me tell yall just how bad I love this store ! The people here are simply the best !! They know I love them down bad ! They know my order by heart and my name by heart ! They always treat me so well and I never have to wait long for my drink! There’s never been a single time that I’ve been in this location and all the employees aren’t running around making sure things are done . I love love love this location -love always Kayla 💕💕

Unsure how this is the worst location in town. Waited nearly 10 minutes to be given a poorly made drink and uncooked food. Last few years I have had to avoid the location despite its close proximity to my office due to poor experiences. The staff is usually very friendly but the overall experience lacks with poorly made food and drinks. It is really sad as this was one of the ebst locations in town for years until about 2022.

We are not coffee drinkers. We only go to Starbucks for pup cups. Our dogs know pup cups are incoming when we pull into the drive thru. Our pups also enjoy meeting the new people in thru the drive thru window.

I had a great experience at this location today. I haven't been to Starbucks very many times, and so am not familiar with the menu, and the very nice woman working the drive thru listened to me describe what I wanted, and suggested a customized drink for me, that was perfect! Then as a cherry on top, she asked if I wanted a large berry boba type drink that someone else had changed their mind about and ordered but didn't want. I said sure, thinking I could give it to a neighbor or something, as I was headed home. When I pulled up to my house, a young man was working out in the extreme heat on the neighbor's driveway. I asked him if he wanted the boba drink and he was beyond grateful! And said his girlfriend had been wanting to try it, but now he got to try it first. So I got an iced coffee drink for myself that was delicious and energizing, great, friendly service from the drive thru employee, and I got to share the blessing with a stranger working hard in the heat, and brighten his day as well!

I waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru before even making it to the window. They didn't have some basic items and the prices were obscene. I've had cheaper coffee and a Danish downtown Seattle, and they made me late.

Taylor is a fantastic manager. Always hustlin' around helping wherever he is needed. He needs a raise. Always so friendly and helpful. All the staff is friendly honestly!
