Was seated then had to ask for menu and drinks. Then they asked if we seated ourselves? I said no we were told to sit there. Then they said we'll we need to move to another table. So 30 mins later we got our drinks. Food was amazing tho. Service not so good.

Disappointed i had to mark a full star. If you looking for good BBQ go somewhere else. Chances are they are not open even if it says they are online. Call them?.. nope they dont answer. Drive there all the time and they are randomly closed constantly and if they are open you get to listen to the waitress mumble through a mask like that thing is straining the covid out of the air. I wouldn't go to that place to eat if it was open and i was starving and the food was free.

The ribs were disgusting, they taste like they were baked in the oven and had very weak light colored barbecue sauce on them. Will never return. If you want barbecue head to Kansas City MO. I wanted to throw up.

We love B&B BUT not answering the phone is terrible customer service. We live 40 miles from there with family that also loves it that live 4 hours from us. They took the long way to get here so they could stop and pick up food for us. They called when they were close so I could order. We called a dozen or more times with no answer. We should have just taken our business somewhere else but they stopped and ordered. I think you’re successful but can you imagine how much more successful you could be. With wishy washy days that you close people call before taking the trip there. I’d guess you are losing hundreds of dollars of business.
