They have gonna my order wrong almost every time I go there, and here’s a tip if you mess up an order you need to remake it not “attempt” to scrape off what the customer didn’t want. This place used to be so good such a shame…

Waitress was an absolute RIP was not kind and decided it would be a wise to throw basket of food on the table and didn’t say what it was. Employee closed early and shut off pop machine so we couldn’t get FREE refills. Absolutely atrocious, went to use bath room and didn’t wash hands and was do inappropriate actions towards herself behind front counter. Worst ever, waitress was young, round and did not satisfy customers what so ever…. 0 STARS

Food and ice cream is good when they get your order right. Best bet is to start make them repeat your order to you so you know they are getting it correct. It seems they mess something up every time I order over the phone. Not sure if it’s bad landline or if they’re just incompetent. I’m tired of not being able to enjoy my overpriced food.

About didn't get to experience this place. I walked in and the girl behind the counter said she'd be right with me... She was serving another customer in the drive thru. I had never been here, but the place looks like a sit down and order type of restaurant,so I sat down at a table and waited. I'm the only person in the place and after nearly ten minutes of looking at my phone, I'm kinda wondering what the hold up is. The girl is behind the counter on her phone. I about walked out then but really wanted to try the place out. I walked up and asked her if I order here. Very friendly like, she said yes how can I help you. Had the catfish basket with tots. Food was really good. Staff friendly enough, but really wonder how long she would have let me sit there without even thinking about maybe coming over and asking me anything. Common sense not so common.

We had delicious barbecue pulled pork sandwiches with tatertots, onion rings and a root beer freeze. Wow, 24 flavors of soft serve ice cream and they can mix the flavors! The portions were large and the service was fast and very friendly. We love this place.

This is a quaint small town restaurant. Not fast food. You will need to wait on your order. I ordered The Bob. Was a huge double pattie hamburger fresh off the griddle. I added a side of crab Rangoon. Nothing beats hot out of the fryer Rangoon. They have numerous ice cream options. If you want a hometown restaurant experience, this is a wonderful place.

We got our favorite, their catfish basket. 2 good sized fillets cooked perfectly, our choice of sides were their French fries. They serve a generous amount and 2 sweet hush puppies. The basket meal includes a large size drink, of your choice.Big A Bistro offers great food , large portions and decent prices. The restaurant is clean and service from the counter help is always good.They have a big variety of Ice cream offers. Now have a small freezer of ice cream products that are available to pick up and take home.
