I haven't tasted the pies yet to tell you about the flavor. Customer service needs a lot of attention. Asked for the special on two larges that Stang's had posted in their lobby only to be denied the special. I told them that was false advertising and that the signage should probably be pulled or edited. I was told that the cashier's mom would have her job if she did any adjusting. I have pictures of said special and am going to pursue this matter more. Not a happy customer!

They Need customer service training and to correct pricing as 3 signs were all different pricing. Dough was tough and over worked and it took 30 minutes for 2 med 1 topping pizzas and there was no one ahead of me....

Sorry to say this but Service sucks,unsanitary the wait of 20mins became 45 minutes which is not right. you can’t tell a customer 20mins without even a customer know it’s gonna get more longer…

The girl at the register acted like she did not want to be there. The manager on duty acted like he did not want to hear what I had to say. By the time the fresh pizza got out on the buffet I wasn't hungry anymore. I did want to bother with asking for fresh cinnamon sticks.

I am generally not a fan of thin crust pizza and that is all that was on offer. I did enjoy the slices I had. There's no real reason to call this a "buffet" because there were very few options. Also,$11 is a lot for what you have on offer.
Waited 45 mins for a sandwich and a lasagna...it was absolutely disgusting. Sorry Mazzio's but it was bad!!!!

Are pizza was 15.07 the price not bad.Trans. # 43425 Server McKenzie W.Was rude We told him we were call in.He said John I said Yes.We call it in an hour before we even got here and it said under the table for 45 minutes before we even got our pizza my husband had to go up there and ask for it again.I'm very disappointed with the service.

Called In a large combo at 310 pm drove 20 mins and paid 15.40 waited for over a hour and 20 mins went up and asked and oh yes it's done was under the counter she asked if I paid the young man who I paid didn't say a word I said yes I was mad. Just sad this world we live in where ppl just don't care or who has a clue

Store used to be decent especially being the only food place that deliveres in the area. Last few times we ordered delivery took them 2 to 3 hours to deliver our food it was cold by the time it got to us so we havent ordered from them in a few months. Just called them at 5:05 to order and was told their delivery driver doesnt get there till around 5:15 and they refused to take a delivery order till their driver was actually in the building place gets more and more ridiculous every time we order used to get something from their couple times a week, wont be bothering with it anymore.
