I have yet to have a bad experience here! Whether I order through the app or in person, the food is always great and served quickly. I visit at various times of the day, and the consistency is impressive, as I never run into issues. I specifically want to shout out Lisa and Charlie; they are fantastic! Charlie clearly knows his stuff and treats guests with great respect, and Lisa is incredibly kind and helpful every time I interact with her. She is truly an amazing person!

This location is the best sonic I've had within several hundred miles. The food is always fresh and well prepared. The drinks are never flat/bland. (I especially love the cherry limeade!) The staff here always do their best, even though they seem short handed during the busy rush. Just be patient and allow them a few extra moments, it'll be worth it!

Seriously why is this place even open they're out of basically everything all the time and anytime you try and order something they add stuff that isn't even supposed to come with what you ordered or missing what is supposed to come with what you ordered

I came here and got a bunch of stuff. They didn't add anything I asked for in my frito burrito. Which I had to pay extra for. The whole place needs some love, especially your windows on your doors.

I work in town and placed an online pickup order. I ordered chicken bites and chicken strips. I ordered buffalo sauce. Pulled up and they said they no longer have buffalo sauce. Okay take it off as an option. Next when I received my food the service was great. The smell of the grease that the chicken was fried in was coming through the bag. It smelled like the local sewage. The taste was also horrible. You can tell the grease is really old and need IMMEDIATE CHANGING. A WASTE OF MY MONEY.
Didn’t know fries and a medium drink took 30 minutes to make 🙃

Managers and workers do not know basic math. Gave them 1 coupon for $1.99 combo burrito regular, got change and it was not correct looked at receipt and the coupon was not applied. Told manager and he proceed to argue asking why I didn't say I had a coupon at the drive through (he already had a hard time hearing my order of 3 items so did not feel the need to say I had a coupon so I gave it to the lady in the window and told her which one it was for) after showing receipt I had 3 workers argue saying that is the correct total and me explaining the burrito is over $5 the coupon is for the birrito to be 1.99.... they still did not understand that it's not correct. For the employees who are reading this and STILL not understanding Burrito 6.50 with coupon 1.99 It's a 4.51 difference BEFORE TAX
Unfortunately it's the only fast food in town but for those travelers do not stop here you will wait 3x longer here than any other sonic.
